Agggghh, Grrrrr
I foolishly washed a dark blue towel with my black trousers and now they are covered in blue fluff. I know I shouldn't have done it, all those years of working in a dry cleaners its normally second nature to me as to what should be washed with what. I only put my trousers in to make up a full load. . The thing is it doesn't stop there..... On the last load of washing I discovered to my horror a tissue had been washed with my other trouser, OH jumper and a jogging top of mine.
I am not having a good day at the moment , the cat has been sick on the rug BY the front door, couldn't she have made it outside for goodness sake, she was almost there
Hope everyone else is having a better day than meBring me sunshine in your smile.

OH Aggie what a day you are having. Some days just go like that don't they and you wish you hadn't got up ( chance would be a fine thing I know) I hope by now things are going a bit better. The curse of the tissue left in a pocket is one I think we all know only too well.
How exciting to have a flat- pack house. It'll be fascinating to watch it go up.

Exciting, Aggie
Deep breaths Mimi, things can only get better!
Don't worry Clover I often confuse posts and posters and have to edit
I'm sure these people at the hospital are using me as a drawing board! Even more black felt tip doodles in more and different places today! As I am only allowed to use aqueous cream as a cleanser for the whole area until the treatments are all over, it's a fair job removing them!
Traffic not as bad as yesterday Oma, but still slow. As I was only go to my mums I was able to phone her and warn her I would be a bit later than planned, as I wanted my lunch before setting off!“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Aggie - that looks like a very interesting 3-D jigsaw! I'm sure they know what they're doing though and it will all go together nicely.
Gem - the artwork sounds very interesting! Although I suppose it's in areas not normally on public view. xx
Mimi - these things only happen when you're least able to deal with the fallout! After the supermarket bash today, and a very brief foray into the garden centre, I was exhausted again, and grabbed a quick nana nap after lunch. The jungle outside, aka the lawn, needed taming so I did that and was shattered again. It's so frustrating that I just don't seem to have the energy I had 20 or 30 years ago!!!
Plant - Eva doesn't seem to mind upheaval. In fact when I put a few of her scattered toys in her toy box she got them out again. I think she enjoyed having Bailey (DS1's border collie) to stay, and was very generous with her toys, letting him hoard them if he wanted. She missed most of the upheaval of putting the windows in because I took her over to DS2's each day, but she was funny last night. We were in the kitchen and the light (one dangly bulb at present) was on. She happened to catch sight of her reflection in one of the Velux windows and looked really puzzled! You can't explain dogs on the ceiling to her though!

Good morning ladies.
Oma there is nothing more frustrating than a hospital that has lost important information. I once had to take my dad for an out patient appointment only to find that they were adamant that he had never attended the hospital, in fact they were sure he had passed away. As he was sat in his wheelchair beside me proved that they were wrong .
Im keeping away from the washing machine today , it took me a long time to remove the blue fluff off my trousers and some of it refuses to budge ,trousers were fairly new and I liked to wear them if I was going somewhere that called for 'smart casual ' so I might have to buy some new ones.....every cloud has a sliver lining 😉
Gem, do you think the hospital staff are taking this new obsession with 'adult colouring ' a little too far 😉😉
Have a lovely day everyone, I hope to pop back later and catch up with what's going on, that's if I don't have any more disasters happen to me today !
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Good morning, ladies.
Oma - I do hope you get B's scan results and I hope and pray that are clear. Three weeks is a long, long time to be waiting for something so important. xxx
Mimi - I think you should stay in bed today - you can order new trousers online. I certainly wouldn't risk using any electrical device in your house, cooking, gardening or anything, in fact. Have an official Day Off.
Oma and Plant - at first I didn't realise what Eva was staring at, otherwise I would have taken a photo! She looked really puzzled.
Aggie - it would be great to see photos of work in progress. How long will it take to build?
No special plans for us today. It's a bit dull and cool, but I might get a bit of gardening done later. I bought some tomato plants yesterday as my seedlings aren't doing very well. I got 15 in all - 4 different varieties and a man in the garden centre had a real go at me, telling me I didn't need that many. Apparently I only needed one because you can take the side shoots off then replant them and they will grow. He was really aggressive and at one point I thought he was going to start taking them out of my trolley. It's not often I'm speechless, but I really didn't know what to say without telling him to butt out and mind his own business. I found myself trying to justify buying them. I still haven't come up with the snappy answer that would have stopped him in his tracks and made me feel smart instead of embarrassed and crushed! Any suggested granny comments will be stored ready for next time some busybody tells me what I ought to be doing.

Good morning all.
Framing the artwork is not an option, it's not a pretty sight
As you say Oma, there will be several extra showers between todays doodles and Tuesdays so I will be pen free! I think they are taking it too far Mimi! I am going to ask them today actually why the marks vary. Some are in the same place but some differ. Yesterday was the worst with more on my actual breast (they are mostly in surrounding areas,) and one so high it peeped out of my top. It was a man doing the drawing yesterday. He was slower too, and I almost expired when he was doing it, as I have to hold my breath for all the drawing, as well as the actual treatment. To be honest I don't want any men there, but I know I can't choose. This was only the second man I have had, the first being a lovely, sweet young gay guy called Sam at my planning scan, who made me feel really at my ease. Fingers crossed for just ladies today (unless it's Sam)
No plans after my 1.12 treatment. I will treat OH, my driver to lunch on on the way back I think.
We took in a parcel for next door this morning. A big lightweight box from Hotel Chocolat, for the young lady of the couple who live there. I think she is getting a big expensive Easter egg
Oma I hope those good results are back soon and you can both relax. it's horrible waiting.
Daisy, what a very rude man! MYOB springs to mind!
Enjoy your day everyone.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown
