My treatment isn't until early afternoon tomorrow. DD3 is taking me so we will set off early and have lunch together on the way.

Gem I'm pleased all went well and glad you didn't have to worry that you wouldn't get back in time to collect GS.

Libra my GD is fast catching up with me,only an inch or two to go and I'm 5 foot 7. She passed her Mum a while ago. It does get easier as the GC get older and and amuse themselves more.We wait for them to grow and get more independent,then of course,I for one miss the younger years and wish they were younger again.

Sunny but cool here. DD3 and I are having lunch, and a look round, at the garden centre on the way to the hospital, then on to my treatment which will hopefully be much quicker than yesterdays! I have a client at 4.30. I should have no problem getting home and out again in time.

I have told OH she is cooking tonight, as all she is doing today is playing golf 😊

I had a nice time with DD3, and all OK at the hospital. Traffic out of Leeds was so slow though. We think there must have been an accident. It took is 40 minutes longer than it should have so I had to literally get out of DDs car and into my own and off to my client!
I think that is the last treatment when I have a time limit on getting back however, so things should be more relaxed.

Mimi, I hope you're feeling better. You have to just gowith the flow, but it's very frustrating.

I am finally sitting with my feet up enjoying a peaceful cuppa, too tired even to open a bottle of wine. The carnage in the kitchen, the kids' bedroom and the living room can wait until tomorrow. OH and DS1 sat up chatting until after 3 am last night, and OH stumbled into bed like a herd of elephants, and I couldn't get back to sleep unti 6 o'clock and then had to get up at 7 am. I think I need an early night. I'll catch up tomorrow. 😏

Good morning, Nanto and everyone else. I bet it does feel cool after your holiday.

I got my early night last night, and OH came in from wood turning without waking me. In fact I woke about 3 and had to check that he was there! I feel much better today. A supermarket trip for us this morning - deep joy! And then a marathon tidying up session. I've had to be stern with myself though - to resist the temptation to do loads of housework!!! Hahaha! My excuse is the plasterer will (hopefully) be here next week to finish off the kitchen and dining room. Everybody knows plastering makes a mess, so there's absolutely no point in doing housework is there!!!

Over to Leeds again late morning, then this afternoon I will see my mum and do her shopping. This is instead of my the usual Thursday, as my treatment tomorrow is mid afternoon.

Good morning from me, the sun is shining but I bet there is a cold wind. Off to look for some summer trousers this morning, had some delivered from M&S but not keen. We have lost several of our independent clothes shops but there is one in the nearest small town.

Had a problem with my Audible downloads yesterday so popped down to see GS (father of Elliot) to see if he could sort it. Not much of a problem but I got to see my new GGS, he is changing rapidly, wish he would sleep a bit more, he is still demanding feeding every 2 hours, his mother looks very tired, GS doesn't look too bad but he hasn't shaved for some days and a ginger stubble is not a good look. He consulted me about a couple of plants in his garden, so I did return the favour. I love the fact he is interested in plants.
