Afternoon ladies, a lovely day but rain forecast for later.Had a lovely walk with my friend, all this exercise must be doing me good, but doesn't feel like it. Girly day so we have a sausage casserole in the slow cooker for tonights meal. Dd and SIL away for weekend friday pm until sunday pm, I am staying at theirs with youngest girlies forr the weekend. Will no doubt need a relaxing day on Monday . New Henry on it's way, decided to stick with Henry as so reliable and can cope with pet hair.

Daisy, I would leave the rug and curtains until the room has been decorated.
Been putting things back after having the stairs decorated yesterday.
Had a phone call to say the fridge freezer I won, will be delivered on Tuesday. They are going to text me Monday evening and give me a 3 hour time slot for Tuesday.

Well finally home from Hospital all his bloods back to normal , Consultant very pleased with his progress arranging for him to have his PET scan in next couple of weeks then she will see us in 3 weeks to decide if he needs more Chemo or can go to see transplant team .
Some good news we met a friend who's 8 yr old is waiting for a bone marrow transplant and they heard today they are going to harvest his own bone marrow in July then give the Transplant in September in Great Ormands street he has been waiting 3 yrs bless him. We are delighted for them 😀

Oma that's excellent news again for Brian. He's certainly on the up.
Also good news for the little lad. I do hope it works for him.

Nanto,many congratulations on your win. Can I be nosy and ask what competition it was that you won?
I used to enter a lot of competitions when they were of the slogan writing kind. These days it seems to be mostly draws which I also enter but don't seem to have any luck with,apart from the box of cleaning products I won a while ago!

Oma - that's great news about B. Fingers crossed he doesn't need any more chemo - he must be pretty fed up with it by now. And wonderful news about your friend's young son. I hope it all goes well for him. xx

2dys of childminding, one day of cleaning yesterday so today OH and I had a day out went to a lovely garden centre spent a fortune in our heads, bought an outdoor mat and some scones in the end lol but had a superb lunch. I felt a bit sad this morning we had a conversation about what we both wanted for our funerals, I know it's depressing but OH being 70 this year just seemed to jolt us a bit into old age but that's for another thread glad we went out 😐

Raining here now. It's been sunny for most part of today. My plans changed so had another rest day. Pleased to hear B is back on track & that there's light at the end of the tunnel for the little one. Lovely pics of a lovely family (& pooch) Clover.

Qwerty because of our situation we have had to have that conversation and with the family also about resuscitation. Very emotional but now we all know what we want to happen . This is something you don't give a second thought too when your younger do you xxx

It was from one of the Take a Break monthly puzzle magazines. In fact it was from one called Take a puzzle.

Oh Oma it must be emotional we hope all will be ok though, we have no life threatening illness we know about, it just came up in conversation as you do, left me in tears.
