Good morning, Nanto, and everyone.
Hurray! I've got my trusty desktop computer back, and I'll try and catch up on everything.
It's a gorgeous day so I'm going to be Wonder Woman (ahem!!) and get ready for a busy week next week. I really don't know where the time goes.
Have a good day one and all, whatever you're doing.

Good morning all.
Last week we planned to pressure wash the patio but the weather changed and we didn't get round to it so today is the day it will be done, well that's when OH comes back from his morning walk, and we have had a cup of coffee...and I've had a good look around GRUS ....and popped on to Facebook...and read a few on line Sunday papers.... .....Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Morning ladies had a great time last night a great deal of laughing and eating went on 😊
This morning I have had the urge to bake so made a batch of Cheese scones and Fruit scones for the freezer and now have Chocolate and Fudge muffins in the oven , I'm pondering on doing some individual apple pies for the freezer too .
Nanto well done on your fab win 😊Im not fat just 6ft too small

Morning everyone.
Hooray, Daisy has her laptop back!
All that baking sounds yummy Oma.
Mimi, your description of all that goes on before you actually hose the patio reminds me of myself yesterday before I eventually settled down to the ironing
We are going to my mums later, to visit and do some gardening . DD is, I hope coming here for reflexology, I'm not sure what time yet.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

We did a very quick and shop as we had run out of juice and fizzy water and discovered that neither of us had purse/wallet (second time I have done that this week!). So he went in and did it and I drove home to get my purse. Then went to the garden centre as husband wants to pretty the garden up in case it isn't raining next weekend when the kids all come around. Spent £72.56 - well that is how much it came to but used one of husband's Christmas gardening vouchers and so only spent £2.56. Bargain.
Came home and booked our adventure with the children (on another thread), stuffed my face with blueberries and now on here for a while. Need to do some work shortly to ease the load this week. Roast beef for lunch, well early dinner, maybe with a bottle of fizz. I seem to be fizzing a lot recently, must mean life is good (touch wood as I write that).
Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday.
If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together
