Up waiting for the electrician and joiner , they promised to be here at 8am , not looking good , plus side is I still have electricity , if they turn up I will decamp to DS2 s house to mind the boys

An easy day today, between 2 grandchild days yesterday and tomorrow. I have one client this afternoon, a home visit. This morning I have an appointment to have gel polish on my toe nails again, my last of the year.
I do have to do housework as well, as none has been done for several days!

I have just finished cleaning all the windows and mirrors , not as dirty as i thought they were , the hall mirror was a bit grubby had hair lacquer spots but apart from that quite clean really ,Its a odd day a few glimmers of sun then its dull againIm not fat just 6ft too smallComment

Going to make a steak and onion pie for parents, will keep it in the fridge wrapped up,then bake it at theirs tomorrow.
They can have it freshly cooked for dinner.

Lovely day here also, we have spent time sitting in the garden drinking coffee. It was so peaceful, all we could hear was the gentle sound of ticking coming from the garden clock and bees humming around the flowers. It was so relaxing, just what OH needs.
