My DS and his family and friends are going to St.Just, GD and I are also there in another house. My DD and SIL are going to be in St Ives, no doubt we shall meet at some time. My GD is very close to my DS,s family so she will be hopefully, if the weather is fine, going to the beach with them.
Enjoy Plant its sounds like a lovely family time

Good morning everyone up bright and early did a quick run around with the hoover jumped in shower did my hair then down to DD to see to the cats , naughty one had managed to knock the food tub onto the floor lid was off and food all over , they were both on sofa in conservatory looking very full 😊 usually food boxes and tubs kept in locked cupboard as Buzz can open cupboard doors but SIL parents see to them at night and she had forgotten to put it away again . Got back and finished the polishing etc so not much more to do today no doubt I will find something , have a lovely day ladies ☺

Well that's me wide wake then !
I have just had to get up from my cosy warm bed to shift a very noisy cat from outside the bedroom window. The noise which can only be described as a long drawn out howl , had been going on for about 10 minutes and as I seem to be the only person in the whole street to hear It the only course of action is for someone to get up and shift it and of course that someone is me .
So picture it , there I am, in my nighty and shoes ( didn't want to wear slippers out side, think of the carpets when I come back inside, Oma would be proud of me ) hair stood on clutching a broom, think Nora Batty and the scene is set !
Now I don't want to hurt the cat, just scare him enough to encourage him to go away only he doesn't scare easily. All the broom waving isn't making any difference,it's then my cat decides to come outside and see what all the kerfuffle is about. She takes one look at me and then one look the other cat with one quick hiss from her he scarpers over the garden fence, she then turns and goes back indoors and silence once more returns .
Now I am wide wake and the cat and OH ? Both fast asleep !
Bring me sunshine in your smile.
