I could do with some reflexology Gemi, I had a fall after swimming yesterday. I fell backwards as I opened car door, there was a raised kerb behind me that I hadn't noticed, fortunately I was with a friend. Very pleased nothing broken just a bruised hip.

Well a quiet day today SIL isn't at work so no dog or Josh , Brian has a bit upset stomach it's caused by the Chemo it will pass by tomorrow so I have done ironing and cleaned all the paintwork scrubbed skirting and got stuck on the floor I can't use my knees so have to shuffle around on my bum and my hips seemed to seize up we had a right giggle trying to get me up I had to bum shuffle into the living room and hoist myself up using the sofa 😃 got all insides of windows clean only floors to wash I will do them after tea I think ,

Ladies it was one of those "I cannot believe I did that" moments. Very glad it hasn't mortally damaged the laptop especially with T2S coming up although I have put al the documents on my personal laptop (this one I am using) as the email address I have for the charity that we run it under is deemed "illegal" by the new IT provider at work so I have had to load it on here and because I have to attach things when I send emails out it is easier to work on this machine than the other. So I am working on this personal new laptop (purple) work laptop (boring) and HiPad. I have two mobile phones as well, I think I am quite an executive!

Husband is at the Glaucoma Clinic in Kingston. I offered to take him but he refused and went by bus - a long journey. I offered to go and pick him up but he refused and said he would come back via train, I offered to collect him from the railway station but - yep you guessed it he refused and said he would get the bus. The least I can do is the dinner. Barnsley lamb chops, sprouts and new potatoes.

I am not doing the butcher run tomorrow as I had a delivery from my on line meat supplier and I have various other things from over buying in the butcher so tomorrow is creamy chicken something and rice using the meat left over from roast chicken last night (my favourite), Sunday meat supplier ready made meat loaf (yes I know it is lazy), Monday something with mince possibly spag bog. then I will decide what else we will use through the week. We have steak, mince, chicken breasts, home made moussaka plenty to keep us going without me getting up at the crack of sparrows tomorrow although I do have to buy bread from the bakers and some bits from Superdrug.

Mini - I totally agree! And Gem has said to form an orderly queue at her place - baggsy I go first! Well, no, actually, I think Plant deserves first treatment. Plant - do take care of yourself. I hope you've had a nice warm bubble bath tonight to ease any aches and pains.

Tizzy - your nail polish remover accident reinded me of when DS1 first started work. He worked in the IT department of a chain of convenience stores and they were rolling out new tills (computers in disguise) to the shops. One day they got a frantic phone call from a member of staff who had spilt a cup of coffee over the brand new keyboard, and surprise, surprise it was no longer working - even though, as she said, she had washed it off immediately!!! I'm glad you were luckier - or more savvy!

How is everyone this morning, don't look out the window, it will only upset you, it's pouring with rain.
Our new sofa failed to arrive yesterday as the van broke down. I had a message late yesterday afternoon noon that they were hopeful hat it will be delivered today. That doesn't sound like a actual confirmation that it will be delivered to me. Fingers crossed it gets here.
