Thanks ladies . He's in the best possible place if anything happens they there and can't fault there care and attention to him . Just he's never been so ill before so it's scaring everyone . Even when he had a mini stroke a couple years ago he recovered very quickly .He was back to the Gym within couple of weeks .xx

I've left it a bit late to catch up on the busy day here, and I'm ready for my bed, but I just want to say, Oma, thinking of your brother, and hoping they get to the bottom of the trouble quickly.

Chat tomorrow, night, night everyone. Sleep tight. xx

A quick good morning from me to Nanto, the cute furry one in the graphic, and all who follow later.

We're just putting the bins out - such an exciting event at the moment - and I'll be back later.

Oh, and it's raining, as forecast. I don't mind, I need a day doing a few chores indoors, but I don't like to waste sunshine doing housework.

Good morning. Pouring with rain here too, plenty to do indoors. DH has hurt his back and can barely move, so at least he can rest indoors without feeling bad about not doing anything. All my seeds are doing well, I must google what to do next. We hear yesterday that the garden waste collection will be starting again next week........I am very excited! Little things, eh 😀🌞

                Have a good day everyone.

edited: Oma, just read back about your brother. So sorry to hear this, I hope he improves soon and they can find out what is wrong, another worry for you x

Good morning Daisy, Nan2 and everyone else.
Thinking of Oma's brother this morning.

Dull here too Nan2, so far anyway. We have been so lucky with the temperatures and perfect blue sky lately. I think it's easy to forget it is only April.

This afternoon we are going to take a few more of my mum's things across to the care home. The manager knows we are coming as I would like a chat with her.
Nothing much planned apart from that, apart from watching Phantom of The Opera on You Tube tonight.

Have a good day everyone. Stay safe and well.

. Threw out a bin bag full of rubbish ones like scenery and flowers etc

When DD comes over giving her her Album and all her school and college reports ,
Will do same to son if we ever get to see him

Oma I did a similar thing, sorted out pics but only into envelopes, not in albums yet. What did you do with the pics of you and OH? We had lots of pic of places and scenery etc. I did have a cull some time ago, might have another one.

Had a delivery from Waitrose at about 9.30 p.m. yesterday DD washed everything and helped me put it away. There were a couple of things missing so I messaged GD and they have them in her store. I certainly will not want anything apart from fruit and veg for some time, well stocked up. We have sunshine but not expected to last.

Enfys so sorry your OH has hurt his back, hope it improves soon.

Nanto, love the graphic, hope the in-laws are in good spirits.

Plant we have a separate album for us and family two boxes especially for the GC photo albums and extra that
we can't get in albums so they all separated and named .
We must go through the old photos and put names on the back especially the old German family ones as no one but us would know who they are maybe Grandparent but not the German cousins in their Army uniforms during the war . I think Daisy said using pencil was best for that job
