What a relief to see the sun.

Gem ,we all make mistakes. Don’t feel bad about missing the appointment. I hope your Mum can get another one soon.I hope it all works out for your Auntie’s bungalow sale. Bungalows are very popular so I hope it all goes through smoothly.

Work for me this morning. As we are off to DD’s tomorrow I must finish packing etc.and book a taxi to the bus station. We are going on the National Express to Reading and SIL will pick us up and drive us to DD’s,about an hour away.

Clover, I'm glad you have a visit to your daughter to look forward to.

I hope Daisy is enjoying her break.
Qwerty's will be drawing to close soon I think. I know she doesn't get back until after I go but not long after as far as I remember.

GS2 day, plus GD from school. OH at golf (though not playing) this afternoon so GS will accompany me on the school run.
This evening we are eating out with friends. I sort of wish we had said no as we go away so early on Sunday and lots to do before then. I never say no to meeting up with friends though!!

Food shopping for me today, not sure what else, perhaps enjoying the sunshine we have atm. I have just heard I am going with a local NT group to Nidd Hall in Harrogate in July, someone unfortunately for them had to drop out and I was next on the list. I am doing well this year, I am also going with the same group to a Norfolk hotel in September, Madrid for 4 days with Dil and DS in October.

Good evening Grannies from a soggy Daisy. We arrived yesterday in torrential rain and my one pair of trainers got soaked taking Eva into the dog field. We woke up to sunshine this morning but then the rain set in and it’s chilly. Still we’re here and hopefully tomorrow will be better Hope everyone is ok. I’ll catch up when I can use my iPad rather than my phone. 👋😘

Been shopping and waiting for friends ( SIL's parents )/ dropping Storm off , they had him this morning for us so we could shop ,
Had him all week as they have been away and didn't come back till last night .

Oma, yes i have been to in laws. from next week, i will be going 3 days a week.
2 sister in laws will fill in on the other days.
I have noticed mam has been getting more frail over the past couple of weeks.
Plus, nothing you do is right,but we just have to put up with it.

Plant,some lovely trips to look forward to.

Good morning Nan2 and everyone else.

We enjoyed the meal thanks Nan2, and went back to our friends for a cuppa. I hope you get to Sheffield.
GS2 was sick several times last night, poor little thing. I hope I don't catch it as I fly tomorrow! He fell asleep in my car on the way back from the school run yesterday, which is unusual, so this is probably why.
Today is packing and cleaning, and going to see my mum. Hopefully an early night as we have an early start tomorrow.

Lovely blue sky here and looks like we might have a good day, hope Daisy has it too. DD,Sil, GS1 his wife and GGS have gone for a walk, just over the local fields. He is loving living here and a delight for us. They have made and had accepted an offer on a house which actually belongs to friends, no chain so hope everything goes well for them this time. I have been up to the village hall with some cakes for the cake stall our WI is running at the Village Show. Nothing planned for the rest of the day except to enjoy the sunshine and the garden. Going to Birmingham tomorrow for a 40th wedding anniversary lunch, DD is taking me.

Nanto, you are an amazing Dil, hope you manage to get a break.

Enjoy your trip to the tip Oma, OH certainly knows how to spoil you.
