Just pottering this morning have to take some PJ's back to Sainsburys , got them home and the size on the hanger didn't match the size on PJ's, so huge on me , now I like a bit of room but I could have made a blouse out of the extra

All quiet in the Gemini household now. Off to vote after breakfast.

We had a goose on our roof for some time yesterday afternoon, just standing there!

Off to in laws this morning,instead of tomorrow. I have to go to clinic in the morning for a blood test.

Good morning everyone. What a lovely collection of graphics this morning.

It's bright and sunny here at the moment. I hope it lasts long enough for me to do the lawn. We're off to vote and then OH will do the supermarket shop while I continue scrubbing the skirting boards with a toothbrush.

Gem - poor little kitty. I hope that episode was a one off - you must have sensed she needed you. I saw the photo of the goose - I wonder where it went afterwards. I can see I shall be the quiet little wallflower when the Omas arrive - my OH can talk the hind leg off a donkey as well!

Nanto - I hope your in laws are ok - they must look forward to seeing you, and a day earlier is even better. Try and escape the thundery showers.

Oma - it sounds as though you're ready for your holiday. Looking forward to seeing you both.

Morning all, Aqua this morning then I might have chance to catch up on here. I haven't received my postal vote card yet, had a card confirming I had a postal vote but nothng since.

Daisy, enjoy your time with Mr and Mrs Oma before they set off on their holiday.
We have sunshine atm, hope it lasts.
I enjoyed the film Red Joan yesterday, worth seeing.

A bright breezy day here and the washing is flapping nicely on the line.

Just booked a taxi for tomorrow to get to the hospital for a chest scan. I think it’s a last resort to find out why I get breathless.Not holding out much hope.I think it’s just “one of those things”

Interesting about the goose Gem. I wonder where it came from?

We have 2 ponds in the village, so we do see geese and ducks, but not usually on roofs!

Oma - have a good journey - I hope the traffic isn't too bad with it being a Bank Holiday week-end. We're looking forward to seeing you both, and I've nearly finished scrubbing the skirting boards with a toothbrush!! Hahaha.

Gem - I'm glad your mum was more cheerful - it must make things a lot easier all round. How's little kitty today?

Clover - I hope the scan goes well tomorrow, and it's a good idea to get a taxi - far less stressful for you and a big time saver.

I managed to mow the lawn - the rain didn't start until this evening. In fact it's been a nice day and quite pleasant when I took Eva for a walk in the Forest just before tea.
