OH decided ( when my back was turned) to order a storage case for our cds .from Amazon It holds 1000 cds so it’s fairly on the large size . Very useful except the fact that when it’s full it takes two people to lift it , but that isn’t the reason for sending it back , it’s a sliver and it’s not unlike the sort of thing that you would see an astronaut carrying as he/ she is about to board a spaceship. I wasn’t prepared to have something like that in my cosy red and cream sitting room so it has to go back. Perhaps the silly man will run things pass me before he sets about ordering something in the future.
It still hasn’t been collected yet , I can feel a very angry e-mail composing as I speak!

P is doing better now. We’ve also just heard from Southampton hospital and he has a date for his liver op, 29th November, so it will all be over before Christmas. I’ve opened the wine, needed a little boost 🍷. (I’m not really a lush. But just needed it 🙂)

Thanks for telling Nan2 I'm away Gem. Sorry Nan2, I thought I'd said. We'll be back Sunday. We're in a lovely bungalow in a row of homes which overlooks the sea. OH was talking to the neighbours & they bought their bungalow when they left Wakefield. Funny to hear another Yorkshire accent up here.

Tomorrow we are going to make our wills. It is free will making in November (we have missed it in previous years) so were determined to get it done this year. We have to go to Boroughbridge, half an hour or so away , as that it the nearest solicitor taking part in the scheme. Simple Mirror Wills so it shouldn't take long.

Well I fell asleep at 9.30 and im back up now its almost 2am although it says almost 3 on hear clock hasn't changed but at least my headache is gone and ive had a about 4 hours uninterrupted sleep for a change

My Neighbour has both her GC today both have tummy bugs , they are cousins at different schools so it must be going from school to school ,

Good morning all, it's a very dull wet day here. I don't plan to go out which is just as well as I am still waiting for Hermes to collect my parcel if no one has arrived by noon I will be joining twitter to let the whole nation know my predicament. I have emailed them, gone on live chat on their home page and messaged them via Facebook. I'm spitting feathers here I am so annoyed I will never use this firm again.

DD rang this morning and she cheered me up with something GS said to her when she picked him up from football on Monday.
"So far I have scored 600 goals in my career " He is only 8!

Nan2 its a shame about the job losses at M and S . I have to admit I used to buy lots of my clothes from there but lately, some of their the clothes have been frumpy. I like a bit of colour, far too many greys and blacks, especially when looking for trousers
