Just got to frame the embroidery tomoro & it's done. I'm pleased with it even though it was very time consuming & hard going on the fingertips. I'm a happy puppy.

I hope both GC are much better now Qwerty and number 3 not succumbed to her brothers bug!
I hope everyone else and their families are doing well.
Much milder here, all frost and ice gone.
A typical Friday here, GS2 all day and GD from school. I am trying to cook something for us all on Fridays now, unless we are eating out that night. We just eat ours later. It saves cooking 2 lots of meals each Friday as I used to do. Sausages, mash and veg tonight.
Have a good day everyone.

We're off on our holidays today!! Well, a Burns Night supper and a night in the hotel anyway. It's easily a couple of years since we've had a night away apart from the caravan or DS1's. My lovely friend is coming to look after Eva.
Daisy, enjoy your Burns night, do you like haggis?
I should think all the girls are after your GS1 Oma. Did you sleep any better last night after hearing that good news?
Well done Nana for finishing your embroidery, is it going on your sales table or is it an order?
Shopping for me later this morning and National Trust meeting this afternoon. Sil's birthday today, he is 59, where have all those years gone since he started courting (nice word) my DD
What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare
Daisy haven't met yet it's very new but we know she's pretty and called E!izabeth my second name 😀
Have a lovely Burns night xx
No Plant still up as usual
Morning all. Its sunny here at the moment, fingers crossed it stays like it.
Had another dreadful nigh. This time it was the cat that kept me awake. As she has got older (13 this June) she has taken to making a dreadful noise on and off all night, she wants to go out, she comes in , she wants to go out again.
We tried bringing a litter tray in at night but that was no help, she would use it and then go back yo, yoing in and out . It was easier when we had babies, at least they grew out of sleepless nights.
Don't have a lot planned for today , Tesco will be here soon and lunch is taken care of as I have a chicken casserole in the slow cooker, well as I was awake in the early hours of the morning I thought I might as well make use of it.... thanks to the flipping cat
Daisy,wishing you a lovely night.
Oma,GD has a boyfriend called Josh.
He's a nice enough lad,but a bit of a know all.
R's dad said she's too young for a boyfriend.
I reminded him,i was only a year older than her when me and his dad got married.
His response to that was ah well.
Gem,sausage and mash,can't beat it.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.
I am joining Mr Oma with the good news this week 😊 I got the all clear on my mammogram today. Very fast as I only had it Monday afternoon!
That should be me for another year! Have a lovely night Daisy.

Gem so pleased with that news. A big weight off your shoulders I’m sure.

Mimi you must be tired with the cat antics. I wonder if anything can be done about it ?
It it was a lovely sunny morning here but now overcast. The lunchtime weather forecast was not good at all.
