I have read all the posts but very active day today has left me very weary and my arms, shoulders and back are aching. From sitting position on uncomfortable chairs. Talk tomorrow.
What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Gem, thats good news from the chiropractor.

        Lizzie,hope you are ok.

Plant, hope you are less achy tomorrow.

The tiler has been today, checked the tiles and said there will be no problem cutting them.
He thinks it might be thursday when he is needed.

It's been one of those days with nothing planned but never had a few minutes to sit down and Chat.

Lizzie, sending love and hoping you're ok. xxx

Gem, everything crossed that the chiropractor can help, and also that the GP can give S a more suitable pain relief. Sometimes the side effects are as bad as the problem they're supposed to treat. I hope your reflexology treatment has made you feel better. The reflexologist sounds like a very kind and sensitive person, so I hope you were able to relax.

Plant, I hope you sleep well after your busy day. Uncomfortable chairs are a pet hate of mine, so I sympathise.

Oma, how is Storm getting on? He won't know your house when he visits after your kitchen is done. Although as long as he can find his treats I don't suppose he will mind. Are you taking MIL shopping tomorrow? If so, I hope it goes well.

Nanto, I'm sure the cooking went well. It is great to have meals in the freezer ready to go, and I wish I was better at thinking ahead. Those strawberries make me think of summer!

My arm felt quite a lot better this morning, but I've been careful today. It's just certain movements that hurt. Luckily I could do most things that would have been painful with my left hand, except slicing bread. OH is a nervous wreck if he sees me using a large sharp knife normally, so he was happy to take over. It's been dry here, until just after I'd put some things out on the line, and it poured with rain. Eva's hydrotherapy place phoned to say could we make it for 9 am tomorrow, instead of 10.40, so it will be an early start for us. I hate rushing round in the morning.

I was walking Eva this evening and mentally going over various birthdays etc in my head and realised I hadn't got a card for a life-long friend whose birthday is on the 22nd. It was a good ten minutes before I realised the birthday is 22 May, and this is April!!
