Oma, your DD is a talented artist. Those plant pots look great. I hope we really are in for some nice warm and sunny days.
Lizzie, the doctor you saw is being very thorough, thank goodness. You must be relieved she's ruled out pneumonia. How difficult it must for the powers that be to have to change carefully laid plans when something else suddenly clashes with it. They've probably reached the best compromise in postponing the start of celebrations until after the Pope's funeral. I imagine it will be rather hard on the Queen as a Catholic and from Argentina, though.

Gem they do look cute , mine would be atrocious π
Enjoy your weekend whatever you end up doing
Nanto
Our home bargains is extending into the unit next door that used to be Halfords ,
It's not opening again till June. It's a very popular shop so people are missing it .
I hope you get all on your list and no doubt things you didn't realise you needed π
Daisy
How are you today, did you sleep well? Xx
Lizzie
Hope your feeling better today.
Plant
I hope your less tired today , maybe cutting down on pots is better in the long term
It's not a bad day a bit dull but getting brighter,
We are going out for tea tonight to celebrate our anniversary
I think DD and SIL coming .
Nanto, that sounds like a busy day at the shops. I hope you get something to eat as well to save cooking.
Oma, enjoy your anniversary tea. Are you going to your favourite restaurant?
Lizzie, how frightening when you feel you're chocking. Have you got a busy day ahead, or can you get some time to rest?
Gem, I tried painting flower pots - just the once! - they were rubbish. Sometimes you just need a couple of days to catch up with life things, don't you.
We're trying to get a few jobs done around the house, and I need to order dog food. OH is going to a friend's funeral. It's at 2 o'clock, but he'll have to allow an extra 20 minutes or so to get through the road works. I've opted out of going, I feel I've been to enough funerals recently, but I feel bad not going, especially as I've always got on well with his wife. To be fair, I also don't know how I'm going to feel today after treatment yesterday. So far ok! It's brightening up a bit here now, so should be a nice day.

Oma I must definitely re-think the courtyard planting next year. I will keep the permanently planted ones and not do the annuals. Your DD is very talented in many ways but then you are too.
Daisy, I think you are wise not to go to the funeral, too much standing around and you have to look after yourself, too many bugs around. Relax and enjoy the sunshine.
What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Yes going to our favourite place DD SIL GS & Lucie are tagging along π our friends are still on holiday in Scarborough, they don't travel back till tonight so they can't come and it was their Anniversary yesterday.
It will be a nice get together.
You need to rest today, you never know how your going to feel the day after treatment ,
You may feel fine then crash so best stay at home.
Anyone would understand you not going to the funeral Daisy.
Our raw cat food comes from Dorset. Not too far from you but you probably get yours somewhere closer to you?
We have been quite busy.
I did some work for Mondays committee meeting.
βββββββThen I had an Dr's appointment ( I will write on YEO)
OH then wanted some shorts from Primark for golf. They didn't have her size in the ones she liked so that was a bit frustrating.
Then our pharmacy didn't have my prescription item in stock.
We came home, had lunch then OH needed petrol so went to Tesco. I went to their pharmacy which did have it in stock. I had a bit of a wait but they had it.
We have decided to go out for a meal at a little country pub we like tonight.

We got all the shopping that we wanted. Bought some bedding plants in the Range.
Also bought some more outdoor lights in Home Bargains, and more meal worms for the birds.
Bought some salad items in the market. We don't usually bother with it yet,but hubby is fancying a salad tomorrow.
We ate out in town.
Getting a bit nervous about going to bed later.
I can't take a tablet tonight, only allowed to take them on alternate days.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Hopefully you get to sleep ok but being worried about it can make you tense and awake ,
It's easier said than done but you need to relax a bit, says she who is a rubbish sleeper
We have just got back , had a lovely meal lots of laughs we all full now.
Nanto, have you tried something non-medicinal to help you relax and ease the worry about not sleeping - relaxing music, deep breathing, gentle stretching exercises to ease tense muscles, calming YouTube videos. Any of them might help.
Oma, it was quite a party for you, then. Lovely to have the family round you. I've actually been ok today, which I think may be a change of drug the doctor gave me instead of Omeprazole which I've had problems with.
Gem, it's frustrating when you know exactly what you want but they haven't got it in the right size. Can Primark get the shorts from another branch, or is there another one close enough for OH to go there? How frustrating having to go from pharmacy to pharmacy to get a prescription. I hope you're enjoying your meal out tonight. xx. I bet the kittens are loving their raw food. Where do you get it from? We get Eva's from a place in Devon, and they do a van run once a month to Dorset and Hampshire, but I could get it couriered if I missed that.
I've pottered round a bit, and cleaned the main bathroom. I was just about to make myself a cup of tea when OH got back home. So we sat and had a chat and then he took Eva for her walkies.

Good morning. Looks a better day, sun is shining, we didn't have any sun yesterday and it was quite cool.
Daisy, I'm trying non medical things, but last night I ended up taking half a tablet and it worked.
I'm trying the sleep hygiene method that the doctor recommend. See how it goes.
Oma, glad you had a lovely meal with plenty of laughs.
Salad for dinner at hubby's request, we'll have breaded chicken with it.
