It was quite mild this morning when we went to Wakefield.
Later,when we were on our way to the car park,it started drizzling, and you could feel the temperature drop.

I carry epipens as I’m allergic to shell fish and molluscs and some fish .
I never eat anything unless I check first , it’s so easy to bite into something and then realise what it is isn’t it .

Good morning, we still the sun here! In fact I hung my washing out early and it is dry now.

I am OK after the shrimp thanks, lips and tounge still tingling.

Oma, I am still getting my head round losing the friend, we were the same age, well, she was 3 days younger. I heard from her DH that the cremation is on Friday, not sure where until I receive the card, maybe tomorrow as such cards have a black framed envelope and get delivered as soon as possible.

No change here, GS2 is here, he checked where the pain is and thinks it might be osteoporosis, I do hope not. It took me ages to get into bed last evening the pain was pulsating for ages, The pain varies depending when I have taken the painkillers. So sorry to be a misery. GD and H have arrived, she will cheer me up.

Well it was overcast and rainy this morning so we took our time over breakfast and went back to the room rather than poolside. We decided to have a swim in the sea before lunch. It was fun and exhilarating to swim in the sea in the rain. We weren't the only ones! It got quite fast for a while but had stopped by the time we got out. Showers to warm us up, then lunch on our balcony. The sun is out now

Plant not all inclusive as such but half board - breakfast and dinner. The food is good. That and the location ( built into a cliff) keep us coming back 😊

Well, we had quite a few visitors today,didn't expect them.
Nephew came about 2ish and stayed for tea and biscuits.
Just as he was going, SIL and hubby arrived, then later Bro in law from the bungalow arrived.
Oh,DS1 called on his way home from work.
It was about 6.30 by the time everyone had gone home.

Good morning, it was persisting it down earlier, but its eased off now.

No plans for today, not expecting any visitors, mind you we weren't yesterday, but ended up with a load.

Upstairs cleaning today when I've changed the bedding.

Took some mince and veg out of the freezer yesterday, will do some crispy sliced potatoes with it.

I have an appt. With my doctor this afternoon, GS2 wants to come with me. He gave me a thorough check over yesterday and showed me some gentle exercises. I do hope it is muscular pain not bone degeneration. I feel it is muscle pain and suspect how I caused it.
