My kissy/cuddly batteries are all topped up as I saw all four of my GC today. I well up sometimes as I just look at them & feel so very proud & grateful.
Libra I like the colour of your hair too. I'm going to take the plunge & let my hair colour grow out. I didn't know there was a dye stripper. I'm aiming for a bob style. Totally different to what I have but I fancy something different too.

Oma sorry about your frames. Hope B wasn't too annoyed with himself.👀

      Hi everyone.
Very quick post on m way to bed. We have to be out of here by 11am tomortow, so packing and throwing away any leftover food will be the jobs before then. Possibly an early morning swim too, but I doubt it!I I expect to post again on Thursday night or Friday.
      Bye for now!

Gem, have a safe journey home.
Hoping to get the grass cut later, if the weather allows.

Good morning ladies, just a quick 'hello ' from me today as I didn't report for duty yesterday. I went AWOL and I will try and do better tomorrow.
Yesterday I didn't know which way was up, I had a quick tidy up , cleaned kitchen blinds , did three loads of washing and transplanted some of my flower seeds from trays to bigger pots and sowed some more Sweetpeas . Then had lunch and then painted one wall in the kitchen. Today I have to get out the cooker and freezer so that I can paint behind them and I also have to do a blanching act on the kitchen work tops so that I can reach above the cupboards. And all this from a MT member!!

Poor baby GS is at all well with chicken pox. Hope he gets well soon.

Hopefully pop pop by later if I haven't fallen off the ladder !
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Good morning, Nanto, Mimi and everyone.

            Love the graphic, Nanto.

Mimi - for goodness' sake girl, get off that ladder, put the paintbrush away and get on with your ironing!!! Poor little GS - a bad dose of chickenpox is really awful. I hope he gets over it quickly. xx

I'm kind of randomly getting stuff ready to put in the caravan ready for tomorrow. I suppose when we've used it a bit more we'll get into a routine of what needs checking, topping up, cleaning, etc. The biggest challenge this time is it's the first time we've taken Eva away from her freezer full of raw meat, so I've had to plan carefully what we're going to feed her, portion it and work out how to keep it frozen/cold. The weather doesn't look too good, but I'm hoping either for some glorious sunsets/sunrises or dramatic stormy clouds. We're staying near Durdle Door in Dorset and I'm itching to do some photography there, Lulworth Cove and along the Jurassic coast.

Gem - I hope you have a good journey home - definitely go for that last swim!

Good morning from a very wet south coast.

have a good trip in your caravan Daisy. You should get some great photographs in that area, the scenery is stunning. Many many years ago,,when I was young and foolish( was!!) we were packing up for the first trip out I. Our caravan and I carefully put a lovely apple crumble on the worktop in the van thinking it would be nice to have when we arrived. Silly me, of course by the time we got there it was on the floor in bits . I never made that mistake again, it's still a joke with the children !

Gym again this this afternoon, nothing much else planned. Luckily DH cut the grass etc before all this rain came.

have a good journey home Gem.

                Good morning everyone.
Steady on Mimi, where did you get all that energy from yesterday?
Daisy we used to have a caravan so I know what it's like packing up.We also had three excited children to sort out. I certainly couldn't do it nowadays but I do have lots of happy caravan memories.
Today we might go to Mumbles, which I think a lot of people have heard of.It's round the bay from Swansea and where Catherine Zeta Jones was born.A bustling little old- fashioned village with lots of little boutique type shops and also home of our favourite ice cream parlour and as I had vouchers from there for my birthday I think it's high time I used them
We usually get the bus down to a place called Blackpill which is about half way between Swansea and Mumbles and then walk along the seafront round the bay. It usually takes about 50 minutes so I hope it doesn't rain.
Hope you all have a stress free day.

The weather is supposed to be good at the weekend Daisy, never been to Lulworth Cove in the dry, last time I was there, not in the summer, it was blowing so hard I had to hold onto a pole. Love the area, Lyme Regis is such a nice old fashioned town. As time went by our caravan was equipped so that we only had to put in clothes and things in the fridge Have a lovely time

No not yet I think they are going to send me an appointment when they have enough readings from the disclosure device in my chest. Face lovely and smooth after my facial at the spa yesterday and had a swim for the first time for ages. Didn't really excite GD, it appears she is only able to relax if she is watching television.

I wish I could swim but I'm terrified of water , although I'm quite happy on a ship surrounded with water I'm not keen crossing a bridge with water under either weird isn't it , I swim like a brick hahaha

Daisy, your trip sounds as though it will be lovely.
Mimi, you be careful,we don't want any accidents with the ladders.
The rain said said no to cutting the grass.Instead i gave our stainless steel extractor fan a good clean and polish.
                            Rained quite heavy here.
