Wet and dull this morning but not raining as such just that wet air type of thing , we going to Dalton park today B wants a new winter coat trouble with Dalton park it's all open so will wrap up well Metro centre is too busy on a weekend to risk taking him there . Didn't get to bed till 5 took painkillers last night for joints and ended up with horrid heartburn , can't win ,pain if you don't take pain killers pain if you do 😕 didn't know what hurt the most fingers and knees or the heartburn . Oh the joys of getting older and damp weather roll on the summer 😀 have a good day ladies , Pearl sounds like a lovely weekend enjoy it xxx

Oma I'm so sorry you had a painful night. I hope B finds just the right coat. Although it's cold I think you're right to avoid a hot,stuffy,crowded shopping centre which you have to be really fit to tackle anyway.

We got a good bargain on his new coat the one we looked at on line by the Mountain company was £149 in the sale reduced from £179, But when we got there it was in the sale in the shop for £69 so we snapped it up , it's water proof , wind proof , has a inner sort of skirt thing that you can fasten to make it wind proof at the bottom and lots of pockets that he likes , very warm just what he needs and long enough to protect his back from the cold , I also bought a nice candle holder long dish thing to go on my coffee table and pointed out a nice diamond band ring I would like for my birthday in June , just in case he was wondering what to buy me 😁😁😁

Just done a big online shop with Asda, delivery Tuesday morning.
Stopped raining and it brightened up. Even seen some sun.

Had a lovely weekend, GS gone home, OH back home, K going in the bath, had a facetime chat with E and T, T's birthday on Wednesday so asked what he would like, he asked for a Rubixs Cube....so that mad my day...

Sounds like a good bargain for B's coat, never looked there might pop in, maybe pass a jewellers on the way too... hope B was taking note Oma...

I have cystitis now I am completly fed up.
I am taking the sachets and drinking a lot of water. I just hope I can get rid of it.

I don't seem to have got much done today. Every time I started anything the phone rang. I managed to get Eva out for a run between one lot of rain and another. I was only out for an hour, and OH had had a problem with his computer, and spent most of that hour trying to sort it out. He was word processing, and he must have caught the Insert key, so kept deleting text when he was trying to edit! He obviously never uses Insert mode normally! He didn't believe me when I told him what a simple solution it was! Bless him!
