Its Feast or Famine with my lot Thank you ladies but we are all fine just plodding along , Hubby at his mams so I have done as much cleaning as I can while he is out, Kitchen still in limbo till he feels up to finishing tiling only about a square meter to do then grout and put new sockets on but rest of house is in order now except downstairs loo all the tools etc dumped in there out of way , going to have a cup of tea while floors dry

Yes not a lot of traffic around here thank goodness! Went off in search of hat for himself, he has a large round bald head and it has been difficult finding one that does not perch on the top like a cartoon character. The one he finally chose had to be vetoed as he looked like a flipping Mafia don still in the end he got one which can only be a good thing (I was right again smiley face and tongue sticky outy)

I won't be seeing my 2 boys,both of them are working till 5, but have got cards from both of them..No special plans for today. Hubby gone to a car boot sale with his brother, so we will pop round later to see Mam.She has already got her card and pressie from us.

I don't get much of a rest or a treat,I cook!
If not for my mum I probably wouldn't bother. To get a card and little gift is lovely, but I wouldn't expect to see DDs each year. My mum has always expected me to feed her or take her out though!

Happy Mothers day all ,my lot calling after lunch , I got up all aches and pains this morning I did too much yesterday , there wasn't a door, skirting, surface, window , or mirror I didn't clean did two lots of our washing changed beds and re made them then did two lots of DD washing hovered right through and washed floors only thing didn't do was downstairs loo all tiling stuff in there at minute . Just finished ironing so apart from sorting out when Brian finishes making a mess today ,im doing nothing else all day , Did intend doing doors and window frames outside but will leave them for another day

We are almost always away for MD so I generally get taken for lunch or something when we get back. I did have a face time from Ben earlier on who told me my hair looked funny. Well yes it did because I had just put some SPF moisturiser on my face and didn't want to get it on my hair so scrunched it up on top and pinned my fringe back! I got a card from husband and he said he would get me a gift when we got home. He was hoping I would see something at the airport or at the local shops I said I liked which he could get. Doesn't matter. Haven't heard from the others, don't expect to hear from middle one, if I do I will fall down with shock!
