We went to DDs for a bit, then went to the cinema. We saw Money Monster with George Clooney and Julia Roberts. It was good. I love an afternoon film, it feels quite decadent

Been out to take Dog for a walk I'm shattered he's so strong he was so excited and insisted on stopping to pee on every bush and tree and we have hundreds here it took ages to get round and back , couldn't do that twice a day 😲

Good morning everyone.
Nan2, my OH slept badly too, and ended up sleeping in the spare room.

Dull here but not actually raining.
Today I have several things to do. Go to the library, drive OH into town to meet golf friends for lunch, then go to see my mum. The rest of the day I intend to pack for our couple of days away, prepare the spare room for the catsitter, and generally clean the house for her.

Fingers crossed Daisys OH get his flight today, a gift which has been cancelled twice now!

Morning ladies dull and cold , well had a interesting night . Dog slept all day yesterday so come 11.30 he decided it was play time went to bed and he kept running up stairs with his ball letting it go then chasing it down again , took that off him so he decided it would be good to race around and jump on bed , shouted at him again so he trotted downstairs and started rattling back door handle to be out . Got up let him out in case he needed a wee and he just ran around garden .I brought my pillow Down and lay on sofa and he finally settled just after 4, SIL,s father just picked him up they going to have him till DD gets back later today . He was worse than a 2 yr old next time if he's staying over I won't let him sleep all day , naughty dog 😊

Oma don't know who's got the hardest job , you and the hound or me and two year old twins lol, I have some floors to wash visit cemetery with flowers it would have been my mums birthday tomorrow and the flowers will suffice for Father's Day.
Maybe a nice soak in the bath later as tonight we go to see Barry Manilow at Leeds Arena I have adored this man for almost 50 yrs such a talented singer and songwriter, it's his last tour he's about 75 now seen him before he never disappoints .DS went to the same arena last night to see Neil Young such a difference in artists find Neil quite depressing but each to their own DS things Barry is complete cheese lol

We had rain although very muggy which gave me a headache. Tomorrow night we are going to proms in the park at Upton country park, picnic and ice cold bubbly to enjoy. Got my union jack to wave for the finale.

Oma our cat (age 17!!) Has started being a pest at night . Tearing around, up and down stairs, and knocking things over in the bathroom. I want to try to keep her more active in the daytime!!

Our friends are collecting us in the morning, as we are travelling to Stratford in one car. If I don't get online before we go, I will log in from the good old Premier Inn later!
