A beautifully hot day for recuperating, hubs and I are starting to feel more human at last. Although no long trips away from facilities was undertaken today . But hope by morning we are both fighting fit again, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I couldn't collect T today, but luckily DD was able to use her flexibility job wise to get her. Hope to be collecting them and bringing them here tomorrow-fingers crossed, would hate for them to pick anything up from us. My eldest pink one has been on her first solo trip without Mum & Dad, except for weekend camping with guides. She has been in France for 4 days, dear DD is counting the minutes until she's safely back home with the family.

Glad you and hubby are on the mend Libra.

I have seen all 3 G today , which is always a good thing GS1 was inconsolable when he had to say goodbye to his cousin after their play in the park. He adores her! DD2 is away overnight for work. SIL has 2 children overnight for the first time. He's an excellent dad though, he will cope

I thought Mimi meant she was sneezing, with the graphic she posted. hayfever perhaps.

Good morning ladies. It's quite dull here today - I hope it doesn't rain before I get the lawn done!

My favourite clothes shop Viyella which is part of Austin Reed has closed, I did think they would still be open but no.

Been busy today, had cooker and microwave cleaned, then went to opticians to get my eyes tested and glasses sent for repair, then on to physio to give me some excercises for my shoulder, think I might need a Gand T later to recover.

                            Hi everyone.
Another lovely hot day here. I met a friend for lunch. We sat outside, it was really nice. She lives in Scotland so I haven't seen her for a while, the time seemed to fly by!
I took my mum shopping, out for tea and cake then back to hers for a while, which is our usual Thursday routine. When I got back OH was doing a barbecue, a nice surprise
We sat out and ate and had a beer. Later it clouded over and we came in. It isn't a good forecast for tomorrow, so I think this is the start of it.
