All went well with mums dental appointment. Fear of falling down the stairs is her main thing, so I need to be right in front of her coming down. She has macular degeneration, so it's not easy.

OH decided that the clock in the kitchen, that has been working perfectly for the last 15 years or so, need to be fixed because he noticed that the battery that fits in the back of the clock doesn't fit flat in the battery compartment . Now it has been like that ever since we have had it, so it just goes to show how often HE changes the battery when needed.
Now the clock does not work at all

I have a long list of things to do over the next 3 days. Wheras last weekend was very busy, we have nothing on the calender until Monday now, so plenty of time to get it all done ( and help decorate the Tea Room and Granny's Rest for Christmas )

I've had a lie-in this morning - the first time for ages. We're blessed with another wet day by the looks of it. It's very dark and overcast and OH wants me to do a load of photos for him for things he wants to put on an auction site. Not ideal conditions!
