I am having a very lazy day today. All I have done is change my bed linen, wash it, hang it out to dry, and have just got it in, lovely and dry and smelling fresh from being out on the line. I had a very busy and tiring week last week. My daughter has a slipped disc and trapped nerve and has been in absolute agony. She is now on oramorph which is keeping the pain bearable. Now waiting to see specialist at the hospital and have an MRI scan. She couldn't drive, sit for long, walk cook --nothing. So I have been looking after her and the grand children all last week; getting them to and from school, clubs etc,cooking for them all etc etc etc.. I must admit I did intend doing more today but then thought, no I will leave the rest til tomorrow.
I have got haircut tomorrow, have been growing my hair, but now fed up with it, so will have it short again.
Need to have a sort out here, there are too many kids toys, books ,games etc. They are taking over my little bungalow,beginning to feel hemmed in. Hope all you ladies have a lovely week.

Me too MM I did the bathrooms, and I ironed 4 things, washed some stuff and hung it out, cooked two delicious M&S low cal ready meals, and that's it. I DID spend half an hour lying on a sun lounger getting some rays No little GD for me today.

went to my meeting - four flipping hours instead of one EEEKKK! Got onto the platform at Clapham Junction to find all the trains up the chute because of someone being hit by a train. In reality, as the station person told me, it was some poor tormented soul who chucked themselves in front of an oncoming train. I was home much much later than usual. I know I shouldn't moan because there is a family grieving tonight.

The sun is shining here to but its bitter cold that wind is freezing, got a hospital appointment this morning, then picking up a few things in town on way home, then back out to the school for E and K, sleeping tonightI told them I would take them out for a new rig out for here after school, seemed a good idea at the time, always like a spare, now I cant be bothered its too cold, but wont get away it.....so will have to be done.... good job I love them.....

Morning all I am not complaining but a very quiet day yet again Pile of Ironing and cleaning fridge out not my favourite thing to do and an early night tonight have twins from 8 am must reserve my energy lol Have you noticed how the illnesses we have had has quietened down I know there are a few poorly ones but not like a month ago

Late saying hello,I can be very impulsive as Hubby can testify,so knowing the kitchen was getting on my nerves,I stripped the 2 walls which were papered and have emulsioned the white ceiling to freshen it up.Now got to do all the walls. I'm off again tomorrow so will get some done before back to work.But next week I have 6 days off so will crack on with decorating. Sunny here but a cold wind,but the washing dried a treat.

GS from shool today, as every Wednesday. We have weekend guests, so I shall prepare the spare room for them today. I have free time tomorrow morning too, so can do more of that general housework stuff then.
