A bit late getting on here tonight - even by my normal chaotic Tuesday standard. I've been suffering from some kind of tummy bug for the last 2 days, plus having the children, I'm not at my best!
I just wanted to say 'hi' to everyone before going to bed for what I hope will be a good night's sleep!

Getting the locks shorn today , eldest DGS is sitter , the biscuit barrel will take a hit ! I am looking forward to the gossip . Our Building site has been cleared and rumour has it we are building an estate of 19 apartments ! Where do these start ? DD is selling her house and we are raising a few bob for two houses so she and her OH can give me a hand , so two small one story houses but large garage for SILs collection of vintage cars and a nice gardenfor me .
Jane , DDs worst bit was keeping the place pristine for viewings ! good luck with your sale . we hope DDs is ok , the deposit has been paid .
Gem , we visited the Project years ago and it was so hot in there , I still have a few indoor plants growing well from then

Good morning everyone.
I'm still feeling off colour and my brain feels as though it's lost in a foggy field! But it will get better as and when! Thank you all for your kind wishes. xx
Aggie - isn't it amazing how rumours start, spread and get completely out of hand. I'm sure lots of your neighbours will watch progress with interest.
Jane - good luck with your house sale.
Oma - I hope today's appointment goes well and it's good news.
Gem - I love the Eden Project! there's always lots to see, but apart from the Domes, quite a lot is outside, so I hope the weather is kind to you.
Qwerty - you really are a star Granny. I hope the twinnies give you chance for a quiet cuppa with your feet up today. I must admit, I found it hard to cope yesterday with not feeling very well. We do need ALL our energies for these little ones. xx
Zizi - Sadie is such a sweetheart - and well dome to your Postie.
Clover - sending you a big hug. xxx"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

Morning all. I can see our ladies have been busy .
Jane exciting times ahead. Best of luck with your house sale.
Oma , all the best for today.
Daisy get well soon,
Gem, enjoy The Eden Project, comfortable shoes recommend!
Qwerty your two certainly keep you on your toes
Aggie I know what you mean about rumours . Several years ago just across the road from the river a tall building was being built ( DS was one contracted builders on site) . Rumour went around that it was going to be a water tower so that when the river floods it would ' suck up the water' thus preventing the roads flooding. ! Unbelievable!
The building is now complete and it is in fact luxury flats with a lovely view of the river and Cathedral.Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Morning ladies, Daisy hope you feel better soon sounds similar to what I had a couple of weeks ago, not nice. Oma hope your not kept waiting to long today. Gem we visited the eden project about 10 years ago, it is very hot in there but they used to have an african type hut you could go in to cool off. Qwerty your going to be exhausted after your busy time with the twins, feet up tomorrow. Zizi how sweet of Sadie to send you the letter, and well done to the postie. Clover sending love to you. I was out over the nature reserve by 8am this morning as I knew the rain was coming our way, a bit creepy when I was in the big field on my own (apart from dog) and a scruffy man walked into the field with no dog in tow. I assume he was a tramp and had spent the night on the heath, made our way back into the open where there were other lady dog walkers."What doesn't kill us,makes us stronger."
