It's dull and dark here this morning and I'm off to my lovely ladies to do their cleaning. I hate it when it's dark,you can't see to clean as well when you have to have a light on!

I'm taking my lovely auntie out for coffee and cake this morning, then the hairdresser is coming this afternoon. There is some of that nasty ironing stuff to do too.

Yesterday was cooking for freezer day. Stew (7), Spag Bol sauce (4), Lasagne (4), Shepherds pies (5), Stewed apple (5). Top drawer of freezer full now for when I feel too off it to cook. Then had to go on to shower mum & do her washing. Payback today so I'll rest up. Enjoy your day ladies.

A quiet day for me too which is very welcome the twins ate me out of house and home, just some ironing and what I call flitting about. Received my appointment for ENT next Tuesday would be the day I have the twins but sure we will work something out, still windy here but not cold enjoy what remains of the day all

Been to Fleetwood and Cleverly on the tram it's a lovely sunny day but the wind is wild the waves are crashing on the shore , bought lots of candy rock for Brian he's a b***er for it 😀 back at hotel my feet killing me but been a nice change .
Qwerty it does doesn't it and we sat next to a right nut case on the tram , no idea why I attract them I got his whole life story and so did all the other passengers then we had to look at all the photos on his phone of bad hotels he stayed in and where they sold the best steak pies in Cleverly .He was getting off at our stop so we stayed on to next stop incase he tagged along 😂

Been a lovely day here, well still is.Dried the washing lovely, cut the grass and got a load of leaves tidied up.
Nana, I like to batch cook for the freezer. I did a large and 4 small chicken and sweetcorn pies last week.Also made large and small cottage pies and corned beef pies.
This week I want to make stew and steak and onion pies for the freezer.

This thread has been very informative today! Ladies, we know where NOT to go on holiday - anywhere Oma is going, because you know there will be chaos and nutcases.

We also know where there are some well-stocked freezers if we're hungry!

I've had a busy day with GD2 and am looking forward to a break tomorrow.

This morning both OH and I have various places to go, well her more then me really. As only I can drive at the moment, we both go! I want to be back in time to make a shepherds pie for tea (and one for the freezer) before heading out to collect GD from school. Much less windy here today.

OH had to go for more blood tests today, than its back to our GP on Wednesday for the results.
DS rang me in the early hours of the morning to tell me he had broken the key in his bike lock, what exactly he thought I could do about it at 5.15 in the morning I don't know !
