What a good idea giving the sewing things you don’t want to people who can use them.
Im sure you will find the right posters,
there are some lovely pieces of artwork on some stalls in the craft fare that our local Tesco hold every Sunday morning in the foyer under the escalators .
If we go I often stop to admire the talent on show , some very clever artists.

Well there was no sleep in me last night , I tried but after half hour I got back up,
Went to bed at 4.15 and was back up at 7.30 .

Ive had a good clean through , cleaned kitchen cupboard doors etc stripped both beds and they in the wash ,
We then went to Lidl for fresh veg.

It maybe sunny out but that wind is wild and it’s bitter cold.
DD usually comes on a Saturday but she’s out for lunch with a friend,
We meeting her and SIL and his parents for breakfast tomorrow ,
So im having a nap after lunch .

Hallo everyone, a bitter cold wind here today.

I have been to the workshop with GD1, we both enjoyed it so much!!! We were there 5 hours and we were all so busy we didn't realise it was so long, a very friendly lady plus a great group of people, 5 of us. I have just had a message from DS1 telling me GD1 has arrived home, he is very impressed with what she has made. What he doesn't know is I made exactly the same ring for GD2, I will take her it tomorrow.

Oma, my ex had fishes years ago so I know all about the separate tanks etc.

My washing dried whilst I was out so that is all folded away now.

Plant, a good idea to let others have your sewing materials etc.

Oma I hope you get a better night's sleep tonight. GS1 is still quite a chunky boy ( whilst the other 3 are very slim!) No chubby rolls any more though

Good morning. The sun is shining, but its very windy and cold.

Lizzie, the rings are lovely, well done to GD1.

In town yesterday it was cold.
As far as I know, we aren't going anywhere today.

Dinner is jacket potatoes with cheese and beans.

Today we are meeting C and P for lunch in town. We haven't eaten at this place but they recommend it for a Sunday roast.

LOL Oma! This place is a real ale pub and Sunday lunch is the only food they do. C and P are very much into their ales and know the pub well. Hopefully we will be able to stay

Good morning, bitterly cold again with showers! Hardly believe it was 18 degrees just the other day

I am sorting papers out to have my tax return forms filled in tomorrow. I will take some to get destroyed, we have a special safe there, it gets taken by a "security" firm for the papers to be destroyed.

Good Sunday morning, everyone. It's bitterly cold here as well, but at least the sun is shining, and I may get the lawn cut later.

Lizzie, those rings are lovely. I bet GD2 will be thrilled with hers. Doing your tax return must be one of the most hated jobs we ever do!

Oma, brunch and a Sunday roast - you won't know you're born, girl. Enjoy them both.

Apart from the lawn, we need to do a bit of housework today before family arrive tomorrow. OH is going to steam clean the kitchen floor and give the stairs a good hoovering. I'll do some baking and clean the bathroom. Best get on with it!

It was my GGS birthday yesterday, they popped in but were eating at his other GM’s yesterday. Today his family (eldest GS) are coming for lunch, my daughter is cooking a sausage feast. GD1 and H will be here too. New baby is due in a week, I wonder what the other two will make of it.

We had a lovely brunch ,
When we got there my Great Nephews ( my sisters GS) ex wife was there her partner owns the garden centre ,
She had rang my great nephew to tell him we were there so he came with my great great niece Belle who is 5 to see us ,
A lovely surprise.
They sat with us for a while before he was off to soft play with Belle.

He and his ex wife Co parent really well , she has a new baby boy and my Great nephew gets on well with her now partner.
