    Good morning everyone.

    Happy Holidays Plant😊

    Gosh I bet the roads are busy Daisy.

    Nan2 jacket potatoes was our tea last night, with tuna and salad. We didn't have any coleslaw!

    Oma, GS asked if we could be here one Tuesday, and I said that was fine when DD was in the office rather than working from home. She is in Leeds for meetings today so this was a good day .He has his own very well equipped gaming room here, you can see the attraction

    I am sitting in DD1's garden with a cuppa, having just hung out their washing. It's very sunny but their patio is in shade in the mornings.

    We are going to see Inside Out 2 at the cinema later.

      Gem, hope you enjoyed the film.

      I heard the weather is going to change tomorrow, i think its going to be a bit cooler.
      Possibly overnight rain tomorrow night.
      Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

          Good morning, another nice morning, but I think it feels a bit cooler. Some thunderstorms forecast, but don't know if they will be in our area.

          Not much for me to do today. I'll clean the fridge ready for shopping coming tomorrow.

          Sausage, onion rings, mash and veg for dinner.
          Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

                Lovely sunny one, and hot already. The poorer weather is forecast tomorrow where I am Nan2.

                Aquafit this morning then no other plans. I had a reflexology appointment booked for this afternoon but she has childcare issues today so we rearranged.

                  Good morning, duller here as well Oma, only, the sun is coming through now.

                  DS1 and family arrived home early yesterday evening, they had a 2 hour delay in Dover due to the Shuttle not running on time.

                  Yes, the door is fixed, the man came at 8am but had to get another man to come and help him get the door open. One of the men in the other garages had told me the evening before what the problem is with the doors, one screw needs tightening from time to time!! I told the repair man that I noticed the screw was showing near the handle, a few weeks actually , never thought much of it really, he told me if I see that again I have to phone! I was so pleased when it was opened, back to normal cycling again, DS1 is coming at the weekend, I hope, to make room in my shed then I can put one of the bikes in there for IF it does happen again.

                  GD1 is going on holiday with her friends to Dubrovnik, she asked if she could borrow my pocket camera as she can't find hers. She has got it now then last night I decided to get my other camera sorted to take away with us, with the iPhones etc I forget the camera!

                  I feel sore all over after the heat, my sleeves were so painful the other day, silicone strip cutting in to my arm, I have them on inside out now until I am back to normal, I will go to the gym instead of the circuit training, then I can do my own pace, I will time is so I can drink coffee with the others.

                    Been very warm and sunny here.

                    Went online earlier to tax the car. Tried 3 cards,it wouldn't accept any of them.
                    Never had a problem doing it before.
                    So, we ended up going to the post office.
                    The young man behind the counter said he didn't know what the problem is.
                    But he said quite a few have had the same problem.
                    Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

                        Good morning. We had rain overnight and its pouring down now. It will certainly cool things down.

                        Shopping coming between 9 and 10.

                        Dinner is thin fries,steak and garden peas.

                        I've got some ironing to do.

                          Torrential rain here .OH is waiting to find out if the away match they are due to play is cancelled.

                            Bit gloomy weatherwise here today. No rain yet, but I think it's forecast for later on.

                            Hip injection this afternoon. Not looking forward to it, but if it removes the pain it'll be worth it!

                            Have woken up with a very sore eye, can't see anything in it, so I'm going to pop to the chemist to get some Optrex ( do they still make it?) eye drops to see if that helps.

                              WG, fingers crossed the hip injection helps. If you speak to the pharmacist they will recommend the best eye drops for your sore eye.

                              Still raining here but less. OH and friend have set off towards Leeds for the golf, so I hope the course is open.
                              Later start than a usual Thursday for me as DD2 is bringing both boys, and has to drop GD at dancing before she can go for little GS3.

                                Daisy and family will be there now saying their final farewell,
                                Our hearts go out to them ❤️❤️

                                Been to MILs this morning , her same cheerful self , same old complaints about Gardener cleaner and anyone else she can dig her nails into.

                                B has stripped the front wall as I’m painting tomorrow and SIL is papering it on Sunday.
