Oma, sure.y nothing else can go wrong for Clare, Martin and Finn. Shouldn’t the hospital have warned them that Covid was doing the rounds. I hope she’s not too poorly and M and Finn don’t get it.

Ive just got back from a walk with Eva. We sat on the beach for a while watching the sun go down and a man taking photos. I could tell what he was trying to do but I was itching to suggest he turned round in the other direction because he would have got his shot haloed in amazing light from the setting sun!

Eva has been very good around the campsite. Nearly every other van seems to have at least one dog! 😁

Early start for me tomorrow morning, not sure why I'm still wide awake when I should be sleeping! 8.15 flight from Luton to Edinburgh. I was going to stay at DD's tonight, but she's got someone coming to stay to dogsit and was panicking about changing bedding before we left. So I'm staying here and will drive over there for about 5 ish. All ready for wedding on Saturday, got the nails done done today and suitcase is packed including my reading, all we need now is lovely weather! I believe my DB is driving his DD in the sports car he bought earlier this year, no doubt with the top down if the sun's shining! I'm staying up there for the rest of the week,

Hope Clare isn't too ill Oma and that neither Fin nor Martin have it. Pleased Gem is feeling a bit better too.

OH has had a lot of muscle stiffness after her fall but says it is easing up now

It is 3 weeks today since I became ill. I am telling myself that was 3 weeks of illness and today is the start of my recovery.

Nanto, summer has definitely arrived.

Had a lovely trip yesterday, weather amazing and the house we visited was very interesting. Traffic was horrendous but coach driver kept off the motorways coming home. I came home to champagne and Indian takeaway, it was GD1’s OH’s birthday and we were celebrating DD’s retirement, she had her last day yesterday. GD1 and her OH are here too, they are on their way to a family holiday in Wales. GD1 has been very poorly with Covid.

Slept in so I must get a shift on. Have a good day everyone.

I spoke to Clare last night she’s not feeling great but more concerned about Fin , he seems fine .
Consultant said hopefully he has some antibodies from her having the jabs so he will be ok , it’s a watch and wait situation really .

Just been to Asda before it gets too hot ,
B going to clean the drive with pressure hose I would help but my back is hurting kept having to stop in supermarket as walking was difficult
I’m getting old and decrepit and a wimp, once upon a time I would have ploughed through and just got on with things 🙄😁

Oma, a couple have people have mentioned Covid ( but not the doctor) I had a negative test at the beginning and never did another. It wouldn't show up now even if it was that so we will never know.
I have lost well over a stone. I just want to be able to eat properly again.
