The vet was pleased with puss, so we just carry on as we are, he gave her another months supply of tablets.

Weather was lovely today,until about ½past 5, and its been raining since.
Not heard anything from Tui,but TC was the only airline flying to where and when we wanted to go.
We would be willing to go somewhere else though.

It should have been bowls for me today but I felt with everything going on at the moment a quiet afternoon with my Audible story in the sun room was better for me. I have my bedroom furniture being moved out tomorrow morning, an hours appt. with the dentist in the afternoon. Decorator starting on Wed and a Dr appointment. Choosing wall colour and new carpet. Thurs. Aqua and a hospital visit. I shall be pleased to get on that coach on Friday. I think a quiet afternoon was the right choice.

GS1 day. I will bring him here after school as DD is working from home today. OH will be golfing, I must do some ironing!

Good morning all. What weather! Heavy rain here over past few days. Still pouring this morning. I have to go and pick up a parcel from the sorting office and return some wool to Hobbycraft then DH want to go to the Range so a busy morning for us.

We had a lovely visit from DH’s cousins and her OH on Friday. They came here for coffee then we went out to lunch, they treated us to lunch which was a nice surprise. So nice to see them again, they were both very kind about our situation here. She absolutely understands how I feel as she was a hospice nurse before she retired so it was good to chat to her. She has offered to come and stay any time I feel I need help which was so kind.

Must read all the posts and catch up with everyone. Hope everyone is well, have a good day 🌦

Morning one and all. What a dreadful day.
I was watching the mums doing the ‘school run’ as they passed by this morning. They looked really fed up as the children were taking delight in splashing in the puddles, but obviously ‘mum’ just wanted to get back home in the dry. Children could teach us a thing or two, we should enjoy the little things shouldn’t we.

I’ve got drs appointment this afternoon, only been waiting about 6 weeks ! It’s getting worse isn’t it. I must remember to make an appointment for our flu vaccination when I am there.

Good morning everyone. We've had torrential rain - while I was driving back from DS2's this morning. At least it gave the wipers on my car a good work out. At least it's not cold.

Enfys, I'm so glad you had a lovely day with your cousin and her OH. It's comforting to know she will come and be able to give you expert help should you need it. You've got a busy day today - I hope the rain holds off now. We've got a glimpse of the sun at the moment.

Mimi - you're right - we should remember what fun it was to splash in puddles and do other childish, fun things. I hope your doctor's appointment goes ok this afternoon.

Plant - you were right to get some rest yesterday while you could. The rest of the week is going to be busy. Hope the dentists goes ok.

I'm feeling quite tired today, so I think it's going to be a day for paperwork until I have to collect the GDs. GD1 has got a school trip today to Winchester Planetarium. She was so excited.

Been to Tip this morning as B didn't get yesterday , then we went to Asda and a few other shops ,

B has a scan this afternoon its an Aneurysm scan all men 65 and over are being offered apparently , Our friend ad his on Friday and my BIL is having his next week ,

We were both up again during night , having a hot drink standing at the window watching next doors Cat and the Rabbit over the road taking turns chasing each other around the square
This is the same Rabbit if you remember we were all out in our PJ's trying to catch a while ago ,
Its an escape artist but its owner isn't worried as it always goes back to its cage , They disappeared under the gate in the corner so I imagine they were running around that garden
