Nanto doing the freezers is one of my least favourite jobs. At least the contents didn't start to defrost though!

I think 10 or 11C is forecast for next week.

Gem - ice sculptures are amazing. A lot of people used to have one at their wedding reception when I was doing weddings, and I loved how they bounced the light round and different colours appeared in the ice depending on the angle you were viewing them.

WeeGranny - you, your OH and doggo have got 'comfortable' off to a T! Lovely, happy photo.

Heavy frost here but no more snow, thank goodness. No plans for today but I dare say I’ll find something that needs doing. The sun is shining so I might try and have a walk today.

We are invited to friends for a roast tonight. We only got the invitation yesterday a lovely surprise.
This afternoon I am going to see my mum. I'm not sure if we are both going, if so we will do some garage clearing.

The sun's shining here but it's been very frosty overnight.

I ordered some new acrylic paints and they arrived yesterday, so I'm keen to see what I can do with them, but there are chores to do first! I hope I get some 'me' time though to play.

Nanto - I could do with a trip to that hairdressers - my hair hates this very dry air and the static drives me mad.

Daisy our friend does acrylic pouring. She does pictures and jewellery. I have bought several pieces of jewelry from her.

I was thinking about Grauntie yesterday.

Both freezers have been tidied. Made a little bit of room in one of them.
So, i have made 2 corned beef and onion pies.
Might as well fill the space.

Morning all, I’ve changed the bedding and it’s washed and on the line, washed the floors tidied up my wardrobe and then I bent down to pick up my trainers and oh no my flipping back went !! it’s been pain free for a few months now and now it’s back with avengment .

Daisy you look look how I feel, bad night was it, how about you Oma, how did you sleep.

Its a nice sunny day here but there is talk of rain later.

Not doing Sunday lunch today, we are having chicken supreme with rice, I need to use up odd and ends in the fridge so it will be interesting what it turns out like.

Enjoy your Roast Gemini, hope your mother is okay and co-operative.

Watched the rugby in next door yesterday, very pleased with the result. Lunch time, DD, Sil, GD2 and boyfriend walked to the pub GD1 and I went in her car. GGS and his parents came to watch the rugby and play in the snow, their garden is very small and very flat.

Not planning to do much today, I could do with a trip to Hobbycraft, I am sure the hill down will be okay now and the forecast is for higher temperatures. Our garden is still very white but very pretty with the sun shining on it.

Bed stripped and washed its in tumble now , clean bedding still hanging on landing I will get that on later ,
Been up to Aldi a bit of a struggle as we still have deep snow and the side streets haven't been gritted only the main roads ,

I always keep a small glass bottle of water in the cup holder part of the car and when we came out of Aldi I went to get a drink and it was full of ICE this is inside the car shows how cold it was last night .
