Same here, Gem. We often said "dial TIM" if someone wanted to know the time, and there was always the message "at the third stroke it will be....... precisely".

Oma, I didn't know TIM still existed. Is it still free?
Have you noticed we still say "dial" a number, even though we're probably the last generation to have actually used a dial phone.

Yes it's still free on a land line not sure about mobiles though ,
And we still use the phone sign with our index finger and little finger to our ears too ,

I tell my GS1 about sharing a bed and having a coal fire that was supposed to heat the whole house and the oven in the fire place ,
Plus a gas ring under the boiler for washing clothes and a mangle.
