    The younger generation don't know it as anything else but two rocks , they don't remember the arch,
    The tide comes in high around it and the north sea isn't kind in the winter so erosion over the years did it's worst.
    Im not fat just 6ft too small

      Oma, I suppose that's true of everything that changes in our environment. Oldies like us remember it as it was, but youngsters don't have those memories. They will only ever know that arch as two rocks. Nothing stays the same.

        If you were walking in your local park and you saw someone sitting at a table with a sign offering to write a poem with you, for free, would you do it?

        A Master's student in Belfast is doing just that. He's written poems with people of all ages and all walks of life. I'd love to read some of the poems.

        It reminds me a little of when my BIL was in the hospice an artist came round and after talking to BIL about his DDs, worked with him to create meaningful cards for them. It seemed a lovely thing to do.

        Student Patrick Kruse has written dozen of poems with strangers in Belfast as a way to help people unlock their most vulnerable self.
