    Morning Nanto,ladies.

DD coming over this morning to use our printer, hers has stopped working and she needs to print of some stuff as the flat sale is finalising this week,
Then B has appointment after lunch with the dermatologist to see if the cream worked on his skin cancer,
To us it looks like it has but they know best don't they.
It's overcast but it was like this yesterday then became quite hot so see how the day goes , you never can tell.

Thought I had sent this earlier but forgot to. Press post reply 🙄😁

Oma, fingers crossed the cream has worked for B.

Plant, it's clouded over a bit here now.

image.png Hallo everyone, now that is is cooler I have been busy!!

Oma, I hope the cream helped for B, I met a friend the other day, she has skin cancer on her nose, now on another course of cream so hope that it helps.

I am pleased you enjoyed the swimming Gem.

I got the idea in my head on Sunday to get rid of the 2 tall plant pots, they are a lot of work really, need re-painting etc each spring, so, I was sat deciding how to get them to the tip when I came up with the idea to put them on our free site, they were soon gone!!!! The man came for them yesterday afternoon so I went to the garden centre this morning and got a lovely hydrangea with 3 different colours in the same pot, I also got 2 other plants to replace the ones that got burned, I came home and managed to get them all potted etc, now I hope they all grow. I was dreading getting rid of the old ones as our "green" container has a mini opening to stop people putting everything in, ridiculous!!! I went down with my card in my hand, walked to the container and it has been removed, probably to be cleaned, they have put a huge container in its place so that was very handy.

I am taking the GD's out for lunch tomorrow, GD2 goes to the UK on Sunday for 2 weeks then when she returns home heading to Spain for with friends, they have bought a villa out there to let with Airbnb, a few weeks a year they treat themselves to a holiday!!!

Just heard GS1 has passed with honours , we thought he had 2:1 he passed with a 2 with honours ,
He is buzzing , there was a mix up with his last assignment, no fault of his , he would have past with a first, he could resubmit it but he is happy with what he got
His graduation is next Friday .
            So proud of him 😁

Oma, hope the cream has worked for B.

                Lizzie, the plants look lovely.

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago,or there abouts, that when i leave hubby on a Tuesday morning,i always go to the cafe.
A lady is usually there and we have a natter. She knits little hats/caps for the hospital for the newborns.
This morning i showed her a photo of Runa, and asked if it was one of her hats, and yes it was.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Nanto, that is a coincidence, my nephew 's wife does the same for the babies.

I was at the garden centre, not as early as usual, around 9-30, that was fine, as I was leaving at 10am it was getting busy with children, grandchildren etc etc etc, very busy in fact!! The plants are so much cheaper than the garden centre here in the village, well worth the drive, which I enjoy!

I have just phoned DS2, it is a fortnight since his operation, he expects it all to heal so quickly, I expect we all do!! I have told him to be patient, that coming from me!!!!

B back all is healed nicely ,
A little patch on his temple they wanted to look at , it's tiny but they took pictures and measurements,
Said they will send for him in a few weeks, gave him steroid cream , but has nothing to worry about for the other it's gone and he responded well to the cream.

So two pieces of good news , that and GS,

                    Lizzie
I think we all think we will heal quicker than we actually do as you say. .
It's frustrating though when you just want to get back to normal isn't it .

What a coincidence, I bet she was pleased to see one of her creations being used 😁

Oma, many congratulations to your clever GS. No wonder you're proud of him. Are you able to go to his graduation? I know numbers are often restricted. What is GS planning to do now?

I'm very pleased to hear B's treatment has worked. The doctor doesn't sound too worried about the little mark on B's temple.

Nanto, what a co-incidence Runa was wearing one of your cafe friend's hats.

Lizzie, your new hydrangeas are beautiful. Your large pots were very nice, but I can imagine they were quite hard work. I'm sure whoever had them will be very grateful. (I don't know why you got that strange message - sorry.)

Poor DS2. I agree we all think we heal more quickly than we do, but we're impatient! Our neighbour had extensive dental treatment last week and he was saying that by lunch time he's exhausted. He's used to having plenty of energy and can't believe that a trip to the dentist has made him feel so tired. It's harder as we get older as well.

Apart from washing I haven't done much this afternoon. I pottered in the garden for a while, but everywhere is so dry I didn't know where to start.

                          Good evening!

For some reason I haven't posted in Chat yet today!

Oma, good news that the cream has worked for B.
                          Well done to your GS!

Aww how nice that Runa's hat was one that lady made Nan2.

I can see the photos Lizzie

Daisy we try to give the cat company but we can't get close. I think she blames us for DD1 being away.
Gardens definitely need some rain don't they?

Tonight OH watered the veg boxes in DD's garden while I fed cat and guinea pig.
I have been at the library this morning, then I had reflexology this afternoon.
I did a bit of housework in between, and got a line of towels washed and dried.

Sadly no Daisy ,only his parents and Lucie can go , but we will celebrate them both when he gets back ,
He is applying for anything at the moment just to get a wage coming in till he finds a production job ,
Same with Lucie , the job market is flooded at the moment with all the Uni leavers ,
We mentioned to him yesterday to maybe contacting local radio stations, you just never know what might come up.

The gardens are suffering with this heat and no rain, even out little boarders and pots are drying very quickly .

                            Gem
Our DD used to have a cat that if DD went away when she came back , she would sit with her back to DD for at least two days to make her feel guilty 😁

Our handy man has been to measure up for the oak doors , 10 in total,
He has kept a week in September free to do them as he is doing our DDs as well ,

He's a lovely man but like all workmen can talk for England 🤣
