    Good morning. Looking bright outside.

Going into town later, hubby meeting his pal. We won't be able to go next Tuesday, as work will have started on the bathroom.

Just having a coffee while waiting for the dishwasher to finish.

    Have a good day ladies.

        Good morning everyone
A bit of a grey morning at the moment.

        Enjoy the town trip Nan2.

        That sounds hard work Oma!

Library for me this morning. OH would normally be playing golf in an away competition. She has had to pull out of things until they can sort this pain problem out.

In celebration of our anniversary and to cheer OH up we will go out for lunch. Not sure where yet, we will talk about it!

          Good Tuesday morning, everyone.

          Nanto, enjoy your trip out.

Oma, you'll feel better when all the sorting out etc is done, but don't work too hard.

Gem, I hope having a lovely anniversary lunch out will cheer S up. She must be very fed up missing a good game of golf.

No particular plans for us. It's dull and overcast but otherwise not too bad. I might cut the lawn later, it's looking a bit shaggy!

Cutting the lawn was a massive mistake on my part. I did "something" to my right arm a few days ago - pulled a muscle or something similar. Today I was guiding the lawnmower out of the shed, round a tight corner and made my arm injury hurt 100 times worse. I'm so cross with myself, as even the simplest movements are painful. I think it just needs rest, cold packs etc, but in the meantime there are lots of simple things I can't do.

Daisy, hope your arm is less painful today.

Looking a bit overcast this morning.

I have a bit of room in one of the drawers in the big freezer,so i've got mince and onion in the slow cooker.
Will make a couple of cottage pies and a couple of hotpots.

                  Good morning ladies.

                  What a nice graphic Nan2

                  How is your arm/shoulder Daisy?

I hope you are fully recovered Plant.

Oma, deep breaths with all the kitchen chaos. You take care too.

Aqua for me this morning, then reflexology this afternoon. My first treatment since early January. I have explained everything by text to my reflexologist as I can't bear to do that at treatment. She is kind and understanding and will leave any discussion of DD3 down to me. I really need a treatment so I'm glad it's happening.
Later today OH is booked to see a chiropractor. Neither of us have done this before. A golf friend recommended this one to OH. We will see what happens at this initial treatment. On her way back she is calling to a friends house for coffee and a catch up.

You can't resist cooking can you 😁
Well at least you have plenty of meals to choose from.

                    Daisy
Ouch ,I hope you haven't torn your rotary cuff like I did , it takes weeks to heal.
How is it this morning Sore I expect, could you sleep last night with it , ?

You will have to take it slowly for a few days see how it goes ,
Is it your prominent arm? It's harder to rest when it is , then you forget and do something silly like trying to lift something.

                    Gem
How is S is she any better for resting a few days,
How was your Anniversary dinner , I hope you both had a wonderful time xxx

Lizzie hasn't been on for a few days now , I have been looking out for her , I hope she's ok just busy.

I hate cooking Oma, but i like the idea of having some homemade ready meals in the freezer.
Only make easy things though, what i can make in slow cooker.

I noticed yesterday that we hadn't heard from Lizzie.

Gem, hope all goes well for OH's chiropractor appointment.

Lizzie often has a few days where she's busy and not posting, but yes, I hope she's ok!

Oma we did enjoy lunch and it was somewhere new to us. Not sure we would go there again though!

Hallo, I am here, trying to get my head around what the diagnosis was from the lung specialist! I will get there.

Will try to catch up later.

OH's appointment with the chiropractic went well. She has two more short appointments booked with him next week and he seems confident they can get her back on the golf course!
He said what we already thinking - a tense muscle trapping a nerve causing all the pain.
She has also got a GP appointment next week. Hopefully she can come off the morphine (which is making her very constipated and doing very little for the pain) and be prescribed a more suitable drug.

It is raining here now and quite dark out.
