I am off to the hospital to have an injection which is suppose to strengthen by bones, dropping GD and partner off at the station on the way. Beautiful morning sunrise very early, it woke me up.

Its another hot day here already, we have had breakfast outside this morning accompanied by two blackbirds singing their little hearts out, it was ( still is as they are still singing now) lovely.

Hope the ladies are having a great meet up, are my ears burning hot, hot, hot here walking the poor dog was no fun this morning, as by the time we went out 10am it was already steamy. I did some housework and then decided it was way to hot to do my ironing, so I sweated by the oven instead and made a lemon drizzle cake. Nice to have all the windows wide open though. Daisy you have been blessed with good weather for your few days away. Mimi all this ironing, you will give us in the sluts club a bad name

We talked about you all and about the September meet up.

It was Oma who slid down a bank a couple of years ago. In fact I think rolled was a more accurate description. Then the rest of us with the exception of trim GJ, had awful trouble getting up. We haven't lived it down to this day, as you see
Sadly time ran away with us today. Ladies had trains to catch so we never got to the park, although we planned to.

Good morning all, I was woken this morning by the sound of heavy rain outside my bedroom window. I was hoping the cooler air would finely kick my migraine into touch but no joy there. It is still there in the background giving me a drunk wobbly feeling when I stand up. I have been taking pain killers in the hope it will stop it turning into a full blown attack, the fact that I can bear to type on here shows it's not too bad .

Gem, I wonder how many of us had our ears burnt yesterday 😉😆

Its a quiet weekend for us as we were busy last weekend, apart from my yoga practice this morning, which will be interesting if I still have the 'wobbles' ,I don't have anything planned.
