Very wet here. OH is in a golf competition this morning, I think it will be wet underfoot!
OH is at the hand clinic now hopefully being 'signed off' from her wrist op. She turned up yesterday at 8.30, only be told her appointment was today
Work for me this afternoon, and I need to fit in a visit to my mum first. Mum doesn't do mornings, so with childcare and work etc sometimes it's hard to find a time to see her, beside the regular Thursday afternoon with her.

Gem, your OH isn't the only person to have turned up on the wrong date at the hospital. I took my DD for a check up at the hospital many years ago when she was a baby, not only was it the wrong day, it was also the wrong hospital . !
Hope her wrist is better now .

Afternoon ladies been out to a cash and carry type of gift shop OH,s Brother used when they had a shop .He still has cards for it he uses so gave us one ,Have some lovely stuff and the new Christmas stuff is fab could have spent a fortune but only bought a few gifts for family ,I'm sure we will be back soon 😊 Feel lots better today not 100% but so much brighter , I needed to get out and start getting back to normal

Gem - poor mum, but good that OH has got the all clear to play golf as often as she wants.

It's been quite sunny here today, but I took GD2 and their dog out for a walk about 10 am and it was still quite chilly. I got home just before 6 so immediately went out again to walk Eva (OH was out on a Boys' Night Out) and watched a really beautiful sunset.

It will be nice to have the morning at home tomorrow, before dog training class at 2 pm. I've got a long 'To Do' list, but will probably ignore most of it if I can.

Hubby asked for a good old fashioned meat and potato pie for today. I cooked the filing yesterday in the slow cooker, mixed
some pastry an hour ago, so pie all done,apart from cooking.
