    Good morning all.
    A caravan, how exciting Daisy!

A sink hole appeared in our town 2 days ago, due to a sewer collapsing .The road, which is a major route in and out of the city, will be closed for several days and all buses rerouted. Fortunately the client I went to yesterday lives half a mile before that road, so my journey was unaffected. It is causing havoc though!
GS1 today, not sure what we will do.

    Have a good day everyone.

Sky is clearing and hopefully another nice day. I am taking my friend to her hospital appointment at 2pm and going to DD's for dinner tonight to see all the photographs of their adventures. DD came to visit while I was out with friends yesterday, crossed wires as I could have sworn she said we will catch up in a few days. Anyway was nice as she came to pick me up from Westbourne, I left the ladies to carry on drinking ,I can't take the pace anymore. Was great to see girls, hubs had warned them you know Grans going to kiss you to bits, so they acted suitably horrified when I launched myself at them lol. Was a wee bit upset hubby had given DD her birthday gift without me, but as wires were crossed it was my fault. Tomorrow hopefully Shiloh gets the all clear from the vets and he can relaunch his swimming, running free. So much activity I'm exhausted, hope retirement isnt as busy.

        Good morning all.
Oma I'm surprised at you, getting plastered........ No wait I've just reread your status, sorry . Silly me!
        Nan2 enjoy your day.

Yesterday I sorted out the cupboard in the kitchen where I keep my cups, plates etc as I had to make room for the new casserole dish (it's a little on the large size ) . I ended up with a bag full of plates, bowls and mugs I never use plus a yogurt maker which I haven't used in ages as its more expensive to make my own than buy the odd pot now and again.
I took the bag down the our local charity shop , my arms were literally dragging on the ground by the time I got there. It was extremely heavy and this morning I am paying for it, my back is giving me jip!
After I have hung out the washing I am off to have my hair done, not sure how much I going to have cut off as at the moment it's driving me mad , it's all sticky out bits . I look like Dr Emmit Brown from Back to the Future.
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Morning ladies , I have been shopping went to Asda ,Sainsburys ,Aldi,& Wilkinson, and now having a cup per and it's only 10.20 😲.
Spoke to the plasterer this morning made the appointment for 9th September a little way off but I know it will get done he's my SIL,s friend and very busy but does a good job he plastered my DD,s kitchen and very little mess , why I didn't think of him in the first place . Daisy we always fancied a camper van but as we no longer have a garage and only a small drive it's now out of the question , my BIL had a big static caravan but got bored going to the same place every time , at least with a caravan you can tour around ,

Attended a class to help with my walking, I hope. This is NH financed and runs for 10 weeks, I am hoping it will help with my balance, I expect I will feel stiff tomorrow.

Only two more days before I am off to Cornwall with family.

I hope the class helps Plant , and you are not too stiff tomorrow! Not long until your hols. I think the forecast for next week is good.

We have just come back from the park with GS. A little TV time ( and a rest for Grandma!) before GS's tea. OH and I are going to walk to the village pub for a meal later. She won a golf tournament yesterday, beating a lot of others, so wants to celebrate

I hope so given time, mostly done with chairs today
Sad happening today. After my excercises, I popped into Next and I passed an elderly lady and I thought she spoke to me, she said she was talking to her husband who appently had passed away about the same time as my OH, so we had a little chat and both of us said we talk to them at home and kiss their pics and say goodnight when we go to bed. Lovely lady, pleased we had the chat.

Good morning ladies. Raining this morning, I think it's rained most of the night.
Plant, I bet the lady was pleased to chat to you as well.

                              Good morning everyone.
It rained all night and is drizzling now. According to the forecasters we are in for a 2 week heatwave, beginning tomorrow

Plant, my mum does exactly what you and that lady do xx

Hospital with OH for her bi annual check up this morning. She went to the GP yesterday, as she had some tummy problems recently. To me it sounded very much like a bug she picked up, and things are improving all the time. GP thought the same, but sent her for blood tests, and we will mention it to the oncologist today, as they always ask about anything new.
Usual day with my mum after that.

Good morning everyone. It's a bit cloudy here but no rain (so far!)

Well, we ended up not buying the caravan. When we checked the details closely, plus my car, we found it was too heavy for the car. So back to the drawing board!

At least we managed to get some winter brassicas sown on the allotment.

Today, I'm out for coffee and lunch but am going to meet a neighbours 3 cats first - they are away next week and I've committed me and the GSs to looking after them. Gem - expect frantic messages of 'help'!

Plant - the lady you met in Next sounds lovely. xx

Gem - congratualtions to your OH - I bet she was thrilled to win.
