Lovely day with GD yesterday, despite the wintery weather!
We have her until midday, when she mummy and baby are meeting up with friends. Usual Thursday afternoon with mum, then OH and I are out with friends. We are going to see The Queen Story' About the group, not the monarch LOL. Not my choice but hopefully it will be OK.

Morning all, was up on earlier, but just had a lovely visit off my sister, she is off work for a week, was picking up her car so just popped in, a nice coffee and putting the world to rights.....

Not much planned here today, OH off today, but on a walk with a few of his mates from work, 6am start for him, he does get some brilliant photos when he is on his early walks, he could walk for miles, me i like to look at the views, from the carpark...

Morning ladies been shopping got a bit of a sore hip today so apart from Brians hospital appointment ( 4 pm today )I'm not doing much . Done all this shopping and still no idea what to do for tea there isn't anything we fancy 😊

Sorry ladies but it's wall to wall sunshine here but I won't mention it again except to say the washing is drying beautifully in the warm sun.
I hope the hospital trip goes well Oma. I hate having late appointments.I wouldn't be surprised if all that decorating you've been doing has something to do with it your sore hip.I hope it settles down soon.
Daisy- OH's blood test was for his diabetic review next week.

Clover - I don't grudge you your sunshine - I know how wet Wet Wales is generally. We once spent two weeks in a caravan at St David's pitched on a cliff top with a constant howling gale, torrential rain every day and freezing cold. Typical February really, except it was Wimbledon fortnight! And at least the sun is shining here now. It's hot in the greenhouse but still that cold wind outside. I hope your OH's diabetes review is ok.

Oma - you deserve a break after all that decorating. Take it easy and get some rest. I hope you don't have to hang around at the hospital for too long and B's results are still good. I've done the shopping and still have no idea what to get for our tea either! Crazy isn't it.

Pearl - sometimes the unexpected visitors are the best ones, and the world is a better place for the two of you having a chat.

Gem - I'll go to the Queen Story instead if you want. There's sure to be lots of their music and I never tire of it.

Lovely and sunny here now, but still a bit chilly...we do our food shopping on a Friday, but then always look to say whats for tea, freezer bulging but nothing to eat...

Daisy, my sisters chat was all about her, she never let me get a word in edgeways... .i'm sure i will get her back next time she comes, she said she only comes here for a biscuit anyway, they never have any in there house...

Guess who got the dates wrong for the decorators coming? The decorators. They're coming next week, but it suits me better. It's been grey & cold here for the last few days. Daisy I like Queen too ...we could have had those tickets.

What a strange day it's been today , we went to town this morning and it was really cold.
This afternoon we have been sat outside in the glorious sunshine and now I have come indoors and I've had to throw open the windows as its flipping hot in here !

We got sun around lunch-time, but there was still a chilly wind, but I've started to put my tomato plants outside - I hope it doesn't freeze tonight!! Yes, I know it's June, but we had a frost last week.

Nana - it looks like we've missed out on the Queen Story! Next time, eh? How annoying having to wait another week for the decorators.
