Back from Hospital he's still in pain , can cope with it till he tries to stand up then he's in agony , they have increased his meds and he's on complete bed rest , still waiting for full report but Dr going in again in the morning so with luck will get some info then , he's in a side room and bored when I'm not there , They were talking about nerve blocking today that may be the only way to ease it and Dr has told him he must use his wheelchair more and stop being stubborn. Thank you all for asking after him and Gem for texting with support its keeping us going 😊xxx

Poor fella. At least they're trying to ease his pain. I hope that you can try to get some rest tonight Oma. You're both so strong.

Thank you for texting me back Oma, I was worrying about you both!
Get a good nights sleep if you can, and hopefully B will too. I hope tomorrow brings better things for you both xxx

Oma - it sounds as though Brian is getting excellent treatment, but it does look as though you will have to put your stern face on and make him use the wheelchair more. Big hugs - try and get a good night's sleep. xxx

                  Wising everyone a good day.
We had a lovely visit yesterday evening for our newly engaged granddaughter and her fiancé.

Looks like nice morning here, in fact I think its a good forecast for tomorrow as well.

                      Good morning, everyone.

Nanto - how lovely to have a nice evening with your GD and her fiance. It must be great to see them so happy.

Oma, poor Brian. It's hard to sleep in hospital at the best of times but if every movement hurts it must seem like a long night. I'm sure you will cheer him up and make him laugh, though. Lots of love xx

It's very misty here this morning, but hopefully that means a nice sunny day ahead.

                        Good morning everyone.

I hope things improve for B today Oma. Some sleep will help him, everything seems worse when we are tired.
                        Sunny here too.
OH will finish the painting of the living room walls. There is only a small amount of wall left - but only a small amount of paint left too! We hope that by adding the little matchpot we bought, it may just be enough. If not, off to the shop for more! Someone suggested we just paint around the books on the bookshelf

Hope Brian manages to catch up on his sleep.
Believe it or not Gemini, we had a family member that used to paint round his furniture.I kid you not.
Been quite a mild day today, been into town shopping.
If you buy Easter eggs from Thorntons, read my post on Gemini's Easter thread.

I know that you must be shattered Oma, but I'm so pleased that you make time for us to keep us updated. You must feel like it's an uphill struggle. One thing getting sorted, then something else happens. You'll be glad to get back on an even keel I would imagine. I was thinking about his zipwire challenge the other day. He's such a fighter. Love to all.

Oma - I bet that cheese scone tasted like nectar. I hope the extra medication helps with the pain, and he can get some sleep tonight. You probably need a good night's rest as well - no housework young lady! Big hug. xxx
