Nana - I do hope your new glasses help you see the world better. It's so frustrating when you can't see properly and I can understand how you feel from when I needed cataract surgery. I still think it's strange not doing something for mum or MIL for Mother's Day, but you're right, the 'firsts' are always hard after you've lost someone.

Oma - Storm is well named!!! He must have pushed really hard to get the cat flat over his head and shoulders. Life's never boring with him around. You must have really needed that good sleep.

Mimi - your cat must have been having such fun, and I bet you didn't join in the game with her! LOL

I might just have a duvet day today - I've got a sore throat and a cough which kept me awake last night and am generlaly feeling yeuk! It's frustrating because there was so much I wanted to do, but I've got a long day with GDs tomorrow so I think I need to be sensible today - even though it goes against the grain. I don't like 'giving in'.

Just down the road from you Daisy and we have drizzle very mild though. Just stripped the beds so that won't be going on the line today 3 days off and the forecast is rain every day, just great. Hope everyone is okay, hope you get your car sorted today Gem. Oma that dog does make me laugh with his antics.

Oma - we've both had a relatively easy day then. I've cleaned the kitchen floor today - that is all. OH has been out all day and evening so I dug a long-forgotten ready meal out of the freezer - it was ok, but not like real food! My throat is ok-ish so I'm hoping the customary cold won't follow! Eva is very fed up with me, because I didn't even feel like going for a walk - although I have played fetch with her for ages and she's now fallen asleep with her head resting on her tennis ball.

Mimi - don't forget to confiscate your kitty's toy tonight!

Wet and rainy morning here.
This morning I need to go the the library and supermarket ( Mainly to check that the car is OK before it's longer journey this afternoon!)
Usual Wednesday school pick up. Not too many more us those before everything changes! !

Morning(just) all. Hope Daisy and Elisi soon feel lots better. Very windy here,the clouds are racing across the sky so we are having bursts of sun interspersed with patches of rain. We'll have to time our walk carefully today!
