Good morning ladies and a lovely sunny morning compared to yesterdays awful weather, I have Doctors at 9.10 am for a review of my medication. Then have to wait in for the double glazing chap to come to give us a quote for a new door, more money then hope to get to UCP with the fur beast. Have a good day all.

Good morning everyone.
I think our sunshine has moved down to you, Libra!
Busy day today. I am going to collect GS and bring him here rather than DD bringing him, as she's not been well for a few days. On the way I have to pass DD2s, so a quick baby cuddle will be in order, has to be done! I also have a parcel to drop off for them from a very kind GRU lady!
GS will be here until 4, then I will go to my 4.30 client.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Sorry Oma, lovely day here. Hearing aid not working so had to get it checked, got to go back next week. Opticians next to see if my glasses could be repaired after my fall. They said eye test is due in June so leave it until then in case I need new glasses, start saving now me thinks. Not happy about loosing my doctor and my dentist. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Well, I had to take GS back before going to my late afternoon client as DD was really not well enough to drive over to me and back. I felt bad ;leaving him with a poorly mummy
My mum has felt unsettled as her Dr and dentist both retired last year Plant. It's hard when these things happen at once.
Good plan to get taxi Oma ,no point getting wetter than necessary!
I had a lovely cuddle with newest GS this morning

We're a lot of busy bees aren't we!
Today has been glorious - warm and sunny. I had GD2 all day (back to having her on Tuesdays - hurrah!) I got 2 loads of washing done for DIL, took GD2 and their doggy for a short slow walk. This walk is no distance at all but it takes about an hour because GD likes to stop and examine every leaf, twig, flower and pile of doggy-doo, stop and say hello to everyone we meet, and stand still and watch every bird and aeroplane that flies overhead. Today we added bees to the list of items we just have to watch! After lunch and GD's nap it was out into the garden to play on the trampoline (GD - not me). I came home shattered, but it was a lovely day.

A bit frosty this morning.
A busy day yesterday and today. Hubby is painting all the kitchen units. 23 cupboards and 3 drawers, each one needs 3 coats so that's like 78 to do altogether. I do try to help, but I'm only allowed to paint where you can't see much. it's been a lot of work, but will be worth it when they are all done.
Will post photo's when finished. We have before and after pictures.Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Nanto - good morning. Another early start for you.
That sounds like a lot of painting! My OH is the same - but I am allowed to do rubbing down and preparation, which after all, is what everyone says is the most important part. It's also the most boring! I shall look forward to seeing the photos.
I also have a busy day. Just off to take Eva out, then I have to sort out our guest room which is a real tip and hiding tons of ironing, before our friend comes to stay on Thursday night to look after Eva for the first time. When OH reached his big 70 last October we bought him a flight in a WWII Spitfire. It should have been on his actual birthday but it was cancelled the day before because the plane had problems. They then stopped flying it for the winter so we've only just rebooked it for this Saturday (wether permitting). But its at Druxford, so we're going to stay with DS1 and family the night before and since it's not something we can take Eva to, our friend bravely said she'd look after her at our house. This is the same lovely friend who used to look after Rusty and Clyde. I'm out most of tomorrow, so need to get sorted out today.
It's a bit misty but looks as though we might get some sunshine later. Have a good day everyone.
