Oma, made me giggle when you said your dad used to say blame the government, my grandad always used to say blame the Russians.

Not going out today until about 3ish. We have some rubbish and some old tyres to get rid of.

Looks like we have had some rain overnight.

Hubby is having chicken tikka for dinner, I'm having a cheese omelette.

The sun is out but it’s cold .
Need to go for some pea gravel to put in a couple of pots when it rains hard the soil splashes out so try to avoid that happening with the gravel.

GS and Lucie came last night to pick the dog up , seeing how we seen him twice yesterday Im not expecting him today.

Going for a meal (I say a meal as you never know what time it will be served) to DS and Dil’s today. I will go about 3.00 to watch the rugby first. They wanted me to stay the night but I declined. Most of DD’s family are going biking today, DD will have a quiet day.

Nanto, I will be eating Indian food at DS’s he makes loads of authentic curries, pity I can’t send some to your OH.

Hallo everyone, sunny here but still a cool breeze, I have been out for lunch with DS2 and family, plus bonus GGD, she is almost 3 years old now! Cute little thing. I enjoyed the lunch and being spoilt! DS2 had been out for a bike ride, he said it was windy but he missed the showers that were their way. I bought a new helmet for cycling the other day, I have one but it has never felt right, I have decided, along with friends, that it is time to wear one, especially where it is busy, there are so many "fat bikes" here, they go far too fast and are dangerous. I took my helmet with me so that DS2 could adjust it for me. He said " and now wear it mother!"
