GS3 didn't want me to leave once I took him home! It was such a lovely warm evening I enjoyed a cup of tea in their garden and watched him play on his slide before driving home

Morning ladies , a stuffy night here, I was up with the sparrows cough this morning,
Had a good clean through , two loads of washing done I’m now having a cup of tea and a bit time on here before the Dog arrives.
His chicken is cooked he’s having rice with it today and yoghurt for afters.

Massage for me this morning. My lower back is particularly stiff and sore at the moment so I have been looking forward to today. After that I am meeting D , OH of my ex OH, for lunch. She is between jobs and making the most of it as she rarely has any time. Shes 10 years younger than me and still works full time. When I told DD3 last night she said 'Dad will be worried you are both going to talk about him'

From there the original plan was for me to go on to school for GS2's pick up as usual. However, he is going to DD3's on a sleepover tonight and it will be nice for him and GS3 to eat tea together. DD2 will do the school pick up and take him to DD3's. So I shall be free the rest of the afternoon.
OH is off to Scarborough another golf match. It looks as though it will be another nice day.

Not a lot planned today, GD1 and H were here overnight. GD has tonsilitis and H is going to the doctors today she has an infection. Happy enough yesterday running rings around her Papa and GM. I am intending to visit a friend who has very recently lost her OH very suddenly.

Good Friday morning. It's a beautiful sunny day.

Nanto, I hope you got your conservatory windows cleaned, but at least you've got plenty of cute little helpers.

Oma, Storm must love coming to your house! He's such a lucky boy. I had to smile at your MIL and the toothpaste.

Gem, I hope the massage has eased your back. Is it painful because of anything in particular like an ever-growing GC? It's surprising how weighty a toddler can be if you have to keep picking them up. I'm never sure whether it's bending down to them, or the actual picking up but it can put a strain on the old muscles. I'm sure both GS2 and GS3 will be excited with the sleepover. If it's as nice at Scarborough as it is here S will have a lovely day for her golf.

Plant, poor GD1 - tonsillitis can make you feel very poorly, and it's even harder with a lively toddler around too. Your friend must be in shock losing her OH so suddenly. I'm sure she will appreciate your visit.

I slept like a log last night and feel back to normal today. I'm catching up with washing - the laundry bin was overflowing - and it's a good drying day, which is a bonus. OH is out for a meal tonight so no cooking. I'll have a salad. Eva is tired after her busy week and just wants lots of cuddles. She's such a softy.

My massage therapist is a miracle worker. If only I could afford her every week! I don't think I did anything in particular Daisy. It's ok as long as I'm not walking or standing for long!

D and I had a lovely lunch. We were actually there for 3 hours! Good job I didn't have school run to consider.

It's another beautiful morning. We are doing well with the weather.
I have heard that thunderstorms are due tomorrow.

We are going into town this morning, meeting with DS2 for an hour. We'll go to see DIL when it's her break at work.
On our way to town we are going to M&S and Home Bargains, they are only 5 minutes from town.

No cooking for me again, I could get used to this No cooking malarkey.
