What are you Doing Today?

Well my day didn't go exactly as planned,but i don't mind.
Hairdresser came and went.
DS1 popped in.
Friends popped in for 10 minutes and stayed an hour.
Washed a load of darks and got them dry in the sunshine.
Got the fridge cleaned. Something had to give with having visitors and it was the ironing.
Will get it done in the morning.

Oma, MIL her usual charming self then.
Gem, good news for GS3.
Lizzie, well done for fixing the shower.

Nanto, I like it when something nice happens like visitors, and I can leave the ironing with a clear conscious.

Oma, you were right about your MIL being grumpy today! Have you heard from GS1? Is he enjoying himself?

Plant, poor little H, being tired. It was sensible to get her home and down for a nap, though.

Lizzie, I agree with Plant - you are a multi-talented lady and I like hearing all about your DIY adventures. Nothing seems to daunt you.

I was pleased I got one fridge/freezer done today, but I have to do the chest freezer tomorrow, as well as the ironing.

My GS2 starts his job tomorrow - his Mum says he's veering between being excited and nervous.
