Daisy you are naughty mowing the lawn when your back is hurting. It is time for you and OH got that caravan on the road.

Oma I do hope your cold will not hang about.

I am hoping to do another bit of gardening this morning, apart from that no other plans.

Oh Daisy your poor eye, back and unreachable computer!! I hope all things improve today!
Good day to be in the garden Plant, as long as you don't overdo it.
Good to hear your throat is a bit better Oma. Take it easy though.

        Morning all.

Daisy could your OH please come and shampoo my living room and dining room carpets?Mates rates of course. What sort of appliance does he use? Oh dear that sounds wrong but you know what I mean. You were a bit naughty doing the grass while you have a bad back.

Oma I hope the sore throat etc.soon gets better. No more shouting at B

Gem I hope by now the lawn is mown and you can enjoy tea this afternoon.Grass cutting is on my agenda too.

Went for a walk along cliff tops. So many people and dogs around enjoying our beautiful coast in the sunshine. The little coffee shop was really busy. Some people moan about all the visitors but I like to see everyone enjoying themselves.

        Enjoy your day.

Getting ready to go to DD's in a while. SIL's dad is driving them, which is a good sign that he wants to, and it means a shorter drive for me 😊.

Nice day to walk along the cliffs Clover.

            Good evening each!
After a manic two weeks we have respite. I had thought this last week would be quiet but no chance! Anyhoo, we have radio silence today.
Seeds sown inside and out, too dry to dig the veg patch so I have watered it ready for tomorrow’s dig. I have been up to DD1’s yard and dug up 3 bags of horse poo ready for the veg patch, roses and dahlias. Made fish cakes, cooked a sumptuous repast and now I am exhausted.
OH is currently having a conversation with a bird via whistling. It is very funny. 😆

It seems most of us have enjoyed this beautiful day one way or another.

Clover, OH may well rock up on your doorstep with the Vax. He seems to have carpet cleaning fever!!! This would be great if he hadn’t swathed my study in dust sheets ready to start painting today. But he then got distracted by deciding to fill in the gaps in his wood turning workshop walls where the wood had shrunk - last year!! So decorating starts tomorrow - early! But he doesn’t want to get up any earlier than 9 am. Aaarrrggghhh! 😰😀

Oma, I hope your sore throat gets better quickly. Did you have some relaxing cuddles with Storm?

Gem, it’s a good sign that DD’s FIL is happy to drive. I hope you’ve all had a lovely time.

Grauntie - glad the manic couple of weeks are over, although if it’s driven your OH to talk blackbird you should be worried. 😜😀😀

Plant - what a lovely day to be gardening. 😁

I’m trying to pm someone She will know who I mean. But my iPad won’t let me delete my full Mail Box for some reason, and my pm won’t send until I have deleted. So my apologies lovely lady. I will be in touch.

Thanks Oma, we had a lovely meal out yesterday evening.
Today will be just like a normal Sunday for us.

Got washing out, descaled the kettle and cleaned the toaster out.

                        Good morning everyone.
Oma, thanks for doing the banning. Pests! I'm so sorry you are feeling poorly. Get it all over with before your holidays!
Daisy send Mr Daisy here. With little cat's ongoing problem I think we are going to need lot of carpet cleaning soon.

We had a lovely afternoon/evening at DD's. and SIL's dad was happy to be getting back to a more normal life.
After 6 really good days our little cat is poorly again

We were to meet friend for a walk followed by Sunday lunch. Due to OH not feeling too well (maybe caught what I had?) and poorly cat we have had to cancel.

I will go out and deliver some leaflets today, just to keep myself busy.

Have a nice Easter Sunday everyone.

Grauntie, what a busy lady, surprised you didn't meet yourself coming back.

Oma, I hope that cold doesn't stay with you for long, sounds nasty.

Daisy, it sounds as if your OH has got Spring fever, I should move out and let him get on with it.

Oh Gemini, so sorry to hear the pussy is not well again. Hope S feels better soon.

I am going to get in a bit of gardening before I go to DS and Dil's for lunch. Had lunch out with DD, Sil, his mother and my youngest GD yesterday. GD1 popped in to collect things, gave us all a hug and went again with boyfriend. We are not sure if she has moved out or not, a foot in each camp atm. Her boyfriend's mother is very ill in hospital having treatment for cancer and they are looking after the GM and dog.

Good morning all. Another beautiful day here, sun is shining and the birds are singing.

Had a tough few days, nothing in particular just feeling bleurrgh! But we had some friends round for a meal yesterday, they arrived with wine flowers and a huge Easter egg for me.... really cheered me up and we had a lovely evening. We are going to DDs for dinner today, GD has made and Easter cake so that will be pudding 👍🏼🍰.

DH has been suffering with the chemo this time round but he has a couple of weeks off now so hopefully he will perk up before we go away on Friday.

After a busy day yesterday we are having a lazy day today, will sit in the garden until we go to DDs, and I’m not doing any jobs! They can wait. Have a lovely day everyone and Happy Easter 🐣

A very happy Easter Sunday to you. Hands up all those who were given an Easter egg. No hands up here...I can’t remember the last time I was given one. 😭
I shall have to raid the GCs treat box.
