Oh, John Denver...my favourite. Don Maclean Starry Starry Night is one of my all time favourites.
This is a sticky topic.

It's incredible how music can be associated with certain activites. Many, many years ago I used to go to Slimnastics (basically exercises to music) and we did one routine to "Hands up, Give me your heart" and I can still remember part of the routine when I hear that song.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Have just been for MRI scan and was presented with a play list for choice of music during the scan! At 8.00 am my brain isn't really functioning, so I chose Classical and very nice it was too!! Can't tell you what pieces I heard but they certainly drowned out the noise of the scanner!Believe you can and you're halfway there.

Wee Granny - first of all, I hope the MRI scan brings you good news. How amazing, I think, that you can have a choice of music during the scan, but it would have made choosing easier if you had known what to expect.
I've only had one MRI scan - many years ago when they were the new wonder diagnostic tool, but I can remember how it kept clunking and whirring!"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

They are incredibly noisy Gem and sometimes you can feel the vibrations ('nuff said!!).
Daisy, we, i.e. the consultant, think it's just wear and tear but he wants to check on the state of the nerves because some sensation is missing!!! See him next week, so will know better then.Believe you can and you're halfway there.

Wee Granny - unfortunately, wear and tear seems to be something we're all prone to. For some reason the medics put it down to our ages.
I hope the Consultant can do something to help. xx"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "
