It would have been my mum's birthday today.

I imagine you never stop missing your mum but I seem to miss her more as time goes on.

My mind often goes to the days my DDs were little, what joy she got from them and what a good support she was.

Gem, treasure those beautiful memories - they are priceless. Remembering her joy is such a comfort, and it was a blessing that she was so supportive. She loved all three of her beautiful grandaughters to bits, and lived long enough to see them settling down and having their own babies. I'm sure she was very proud of you, too. xxx
