Today the gentleman who wanted our bungalow has come back with a more appropriate offer and we have accepted. Brian and I are visiting Devon next Tuesday to view 2 property's that appeal the most. Have to leave here at 5am for out first train from Branksome 😨, SIL is meeting us at Totnes station and taking us to the viewings which are near to one another. Have arranged doggy care, a lady I have come to know on walks has a dog boarding business. She will collect S and T on Monday evening and bring them home Tuesday evening all for £40 I tried to persuade her to accept more but she was having none of it, this includes their daily walk. Think I will buy her some lovely flowers as well. So ladies please cross everything for a smooth journey on this moving adventure.

Morning ladies forgive my absence so much going on. Two guys are buying bungalow, they came Saturday as the partner hadn't viewed it. A gardening enthusiast, so loved the garden and little fruit orchard. He already has an allotment so very keen gardener.stayed chatting for an hour.They have sold to 1 st time buyers, the guys buying ours are set to go and we are cash buyers so small chain. As we are not taking much furniture I have been busy putting on Gumtree some for sale, some freebies. Amazing how quick people are when stuff is free 😁 We are on the 5am train to Devon tomorrow morning 😏 to do some viewings of bungalows.
