I have just had a shower, quite a palaver. I can’t figure out how to get my leg brace back on no matter which way up I try and DD is out so I shall have to be careful
getting dressed. My new bed is so good, I am very pleased and being smaller the room looks so much bigger.

Daisy, hope the carpet shampooing went well.

My day didn't go to plan.
Hubby's sister and her hubby popped in. Very rare we see them,even though they only live 3½ miles away.
They keep themselves very much to themselves. I thought they had come with a card for hubby for friday,but alas no, they were just passing.
More visitors in the afternoon,and they did bring a card.
So, i didn't get much done at all.

I'm busy cooking for tomorrow. We've got visitors and I'm doing a side of salmon, chilled, with minted new potatoes, a corn and rice salad and a green salad. I'm trying to get everything ready tonight so I'll just have to add dressing to the salads tomorrow.

OH finished shampooing the carpets and they look like new again. He's gone next door to watch the football.

It's extremely hot though!

Little E is in his bed, still chattering and singing to himself.. OH on the other bed watching the England match, with no sound
He's had such a busy day that despite an hour's sleep in the car coming down here this morning I think he will be asleep any moment.
Another fun day in store tomorrow before we drop him home. This has definitely been well worth the money spent
