    Daisy we are not sure if it would make a difference,
    But he is happy with a 2:1
    they did say and I find it very unfair , if he resubmitted he will only get a 40% mark
    Totally wrong on my opinion.
    He isn't too bothered when he graduates as long as he does.

    I have gone for a soft green on 3 walls , a green check on the main walls ,green cushions, but cream curtains
    To break it up , and a cream carpet,
    We are thinking a plain mirror on the main wall to replace the Moroccan style we have now .

      Oma, I agree it feels unfair when it's not GS's fault. It would be much worse if it affected this degree result, so thank goodness that's not the case.

      Your colour scheme sounds lovely, and I hope we get to see some photos when it's complete. We used mainly grey to break up our "grasslands" colours.

        Oma, GS must have been disappointed but he stil did well.

        Its been a day of sun and showers. Washed the beddig and got it dry in between the showers.
        When i say it has rained,i mean it has rained.
        Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

          Some good news, DD has sold the flat in Leeds for the full asking price ,
          She sold it fully furnished.
          GS is going down next week to clear out the last of his personal stuff then it's sorted 😁

            Thats good news Oma,the flat having sold.

            We have had three visits today from a squirrel. He has taken the same route in the garden every time.
            Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

              Good evening ladies.

              Sunshine and showers days are frustrating Daisy.

              It was a breezy day today, which is nice as it keeps the temperature down a bit.
              A lazy day,I still haven't fully got over this cold so just rested.
              After dinner at our hotel we walked along to the little bar we had lunch in yesterday. I fancied a birthday cocktail. We got there to find it all closed up! It seems the only day they close is Wednesday. It a very short walk so we came back to sit on our balcony. We will go for cocktails tomorrow night

                Oma, good news that the flat has sold. It's not easy at the moment, I know.

                Nanto, I wonder if your squirrel has got a stash of nuts somewhere that he's going to.

                Gem, rest is by far the best thing to do until your cold feels better. I'm glad you have had a lovely birthday. What a pity about the cocktails, but you will enjoy them tomorrow, and perhaps have an extra one. xx

                    Morning Nanto,Ladies.

                    It's dull and overcast here , I think we are in for rain as well,
                    Hope your delivery turns up on time and it's all there.

                    We both have Dentist at 9.30 for checkups,
                    Then I have to send the cushions back I ordered , they are rubbish so thin.
                    Then shopping .

                    SIL1 has requested another meeting with the social worker , we are not happy about MIL going home ,
                    We think it's a safe guarding issue .
                    Yesterday she was confused again and now she has lost her false tooth,
                    Last week she kept putting it in her tea and stirring it around and SIL2 had to take it out ,
                    She then had B fishing it out of her orange juice on Monday.
                    She has lost a door key and kept asking what day it was yesterday ,
                    Then said why was the hospital messing with the days,
                    B said what do you mean mam , she said well they have changed the morning to night and night to morning ,
                    He said they haven't and she got really angry with him ,
                    Now they have allowed a bed sore to break out ,
                    We dread that getting infected.

                      Oma, the level of your MIL's confusion would make it dangerous for her to go home. I hope the social worker can see this. What a worry for you all. I hope the dentist is just a checkup. Isn't it disappointing when you order something and it's not right.

                      It's raining here again today. OH has taken his kit car to our local friendly garage to have something done - he's taking it up to Shropshire for the annual Meet at the end of this month so wants to get it just right. I'm meeting up with my College friends for coffee and lunch, so need to get a move on to walk Eva before I go out.

                        Good morning everyone, afternoon here! A very happy GD2 has just phoned, she has passed her exams, all with good results, she is over the moon! They said they would phone between 11-30 and 1pm, it was almost 1pm, I was getting worried!!! She is so pleased, it hasn't been easy for her with the dyslexia, but, she has done really well. She was going to get ready to meet them all at school at 2pm, there will be a lot of giggling and screaming going on!!!

                        I have been to Delft market for material etc.

                        ,Oma, I still can't see how they can let your MIL go home again.

                        We haven't the rain, a few showers during the night, thunderstorms the night before last but no rain during the day.

                            I see on our Ring camera it is pouring with rain in York. I hope it improves before our catsitter friends go home .

                            Oma, nightmare situation with your MIL. I feel for you all. She needs full time care for her safety and the peace of mind of the family.

                            All good here. I am finally feeling a lot better. We have been for for a swim this morning. We had the pool to ourselves. A bit of breeze turns holidaymakers into wimps OH wasn't going to come in either, but joined me after a few minutes. It was perfectly fine!

                              Gem, it rained here from 8 am until 2 pm.
                              Its cold as well, you wouldn't think we would need the heating on near the middle of june, bur we've got it on.
