It's happening when I'm not. Even near it, I'm having to try to go back over everything to put it right .

Well I decided to clean all the window frames, then clean the windows and mirrors right through.
The only one I have difficulty with is the bathroom window ,
I have to stand on the toilet rim to reach it ,
B said one of these days I'm going to slip and my foots going in the toilet 😁

The meeting was a difficult one. Fairly big changes within our library. Nothing I wasn't aware of but the majority of the group were not and were unhappy. I will write about it separately at some point.
We had really nice lunch and relaxing afternoon with our friends. They are good friends we can relax with . Talk about the situation if and when we choose and not at all if not.

We are home now. It has been a sun and dark cloud, day but no rain.

I have been waiting for or hearing from my cleaner, she is a bit of a law to herself but I have been a bit concerned. Family think I should find someone else and I am now as she doesn’t get in touch when she isn’t coming.

I have cleaned the inside of the windos today as well.

It turned into a decent day after the early morning rain. Even got the odd glimpse of the sun.

Oma, you asked what we had for pudding yesterday. Me and hubby had jam roly poly and custard.
DS1 and X DIL both had treacle sponge and custard.

I was going to post a 4D scan,but someone told me yesterday,they don't like seeing them.

On our way home we are going to two shops to look at bathroom tiles.
We saw some last week in another shop that we both liked. Unfortunately they didn't have enough, and they couldn't order anymore because they had been discontinued.

Library morning but only for an hour. I will leave at 11 to go to the 11.30 aqua class, which is a senior one. I don't go the the Tuesday one normally, but as I couldn't go yesterday due to the meeting and can't go on Friday or next Monday, today it is.

We went to Sainsbury's early as my new oven coming sometime after 9.30
It was very quiet in there so in and out in no time.

That's a bummer them not having enough but I am sure you will find something,
I remember when we had our bathroom turned into a wet room ,
I chose white tiles with a blue mosaic boarder running through.

I ordered the blue ones and on the day the tilers came the shop hadn't received them.
The nearest place who had them was Leeds,

So B had to make a 4 hour round trip to get them before the tilers got to the height of the wall I wanted them at.
Luckily the tilers took a 90 minute dinner break 😁

I hope your search comes up trumps for you.

Oh I like to see the scans , it's fascinating seeing the baby I think .

Good Tuesday morning, everyone.

I still haven't caught up - my computer is in the GD's bedroom. GD2 had a migraine last night and still wasn't well this morning, so she didn't go to school, and neither has GD1. That's a long story and I will write about it.

The two dogs are having a lovely time, despite losing their tennis ball under the tv stand. Neither of them can reach it, but we've left it there for now as Cooper would eat the covering off it given half a chance.

Hallo everyone, the shingles on my face have appeared again, I felt them from Friday, took a "selfie" this morning and mailed it to the surgery, the doctor sent me a message to go to the surgery at 10am. She said it is hard to believe that it is playing up, yet again!! I have medicine again and she has taken a sample for culture test.

Apart from that the sun is out, not as cold as the last few days.

DS1 and DIL called in on Sunday, they pruned the olive trees for me, they both have new bikes, there old ones must be 20 years old now, the same as mine actually. They were saying GD2 went out with GD1 and friends to Rotterdam on Saturday, it left them at home, feeling old!! The girls got an Uber home at 5am!!!! They turn their days round! They both enjoyed themselves though. They were in a club or whatever on the old harbour, very nice it is there as well.

Daisy, I hope that your GD is feeling better today.

Gem, I hope that you managed to enjoy the aqua class.

Nanto, I hope that you have found the tiles that you like.

My friend in the UK told me that her DD friends daughter died yesterday, 29 years old! She was at work and suffered a heart attack, they got air ambulance etc but they couldn't save the poor girl.

Here I am complaining about shingles.

Oh Lizzie how very sad. I don't know which is harder to come to terms with in a young person. Sudden unexpected death like that, or my DD's situation. Both are truly awful

I'm so sorry too about your shingles.

It's lovely and sunny here, with a warm wind. We have sheets on the line which with be fully dry now .
I did my hour at the library, the senior aqua class then the free coffee which comes with the senior class, with two friends.

We have seen some more tiles that we like in another shop.
